This resort is a great location, across from Belagio and Cosmo, next to Paris and kitty corner to Aria. There are plenty of amenities nearby as well as plenty of shopping in the Miracle mile shops. Gordon Ramsay Burger is fantastic. The only things I don't love about Planet Hollywood is that the buffet is mediocre at best and the slots are pretty tight. I know this tends to be the way of the strip, but PH seems worse than most.

The room was nice. I really enjoyed all of the amenities. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be. The 2 person tub, and the walk in shower were very nice. It is a big step to get in and out of the tub though. There is also a sitting platform in the shower as well. Very nice touch. The bed was nice, but the pillows were not my favorite... That's a personal thing, can't fault them. I had a room that looked at the fountains of the Bellagio... Loved it!I used their gym/spa, pool, WiFi and other things in their hotel. While it is rather loud on the casino floor, you get music in the elevator and other common area. It's a nice touch.Would stay here again in the future.
Lack of Urgency if you need anything from the Front Desk....

It's Vegas... and I understand people like to have a good time, but at 1AM some very inconsiderate people in the adjoining room decided that they want to begin a huge argument. 5 minutes later they left and all was well until they came back at 2:55AM and decided to pickup where they left off. I called the front desk informing them and asked for them to send security to get a handle on this...20 minutes passes and these inconsiderate people are still screaming, so I call the Front Desk again asking where is security. Finally 10 minutes later after that call things finally got quiet. The next day I spoke to somebody about at the desk about this and they pretty much blew it off... My main issue is that security doesn't seem to be a high priority here, and if you do have a problem, good luck finding anyone that will address it. As for the hotel, checked in on a Friday night and only two people were working the check-in desk with a number of people waiting in line. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the kiosks to check in. The room was clean, but I was surprised that one of the bed side tables had a cracked glass top, which I feel is a safety issue. Parking is a major hassle since you need to walk around the entire mall before you can get to the check-in counter, but it is free, which is rare to find in Vegas. Overall, this probably would have been a decent stay, although I feel overpriced, but the lack of urgency of the front desk not taking care of inconsiderate guests, left me with a bad taste. Probably won't stay here again.
