Great location on strip, with on-site mall and numerous restaurant choices. Our room on the 12th floor was clean and pretty large for just the two of us. The casino had personable staff and good action all times of the day. Kiosks I lobby were convenient, and there were always staff to help those who had questions outside the kiosk. Easy Lyft/Uber access . Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 7 nights early June and just came home. I booked because of poker room is open and had great comps and new location. I usually stay at either Ballys, Harrahs, or Linq. On arrival, after 35 minutes at valet midmorning. on a weekday. There were only 3 workers it seemed like and I had luggage and needed a bellman and valet to help check in. Line was super long and yet people would cut in, and seemed no one checking on others cutting in line. I am diamond status and they were taking every level, but no one waited just cut in line and got serviced. I finally got valet over half and hour later and went in to check in and to find out 7 star/diamond check in was closed and there was a sign to go to the left, but there was no line. There was a hertz sign and the lady said she cannot help myself and next person.Confused on where to go to check in, and had maybe 2 people checking or checking out people only. Didn't know who or where to ask where check in is. I found a guy and he was polite and said he would help me. I tipped him after but there was no packet to put the room keys in and he wrote number on a post it, no hotel map, etc... Very low level for a mid range casino property. More like a motel level. From start of valet to getting room keys was almost hour and half. Room was clean but hallways smelled of weed. I do not blame hotel for that. The elevators took long because two were always broken. Self park is so far and packed, so if you have a choice for another property choose another property especially if you have platinum status or higher because if you self park it is far and at least 25 minute walk at the fastest. Staffing is way to short like most properties, but for diamond or higher they closed the diamond lounges, free show tickets, seems like they do not value customers who gamble and been loyal past 20 plus years. Thinking of going to mlife properties. Only benefit is no resort fee, other than that is not valued. Very disapointed in caesars properties. One bright point was meeting a valet person Ikaika who was able to tlk to me as a person and help me understand he was sorry and if he can do anything to help my stay he would do it. That type of just professionalism is great. That was the one great point.

I called in advance to request that the four rooms I reserved were together. Four Ultra Hip King rooms were reserved. Upon arrival, only one room had a king bed and the rooms were scattered about the hotel. There was minimum staff to help the amount of guests checking in and my request for the rooms I reserved were not met. The pool situation is horrible. No seating around the pool unless you pay for it. There is no variety in the music being played in the pool area. The room keys were another problem. They kept demagnitizing. The parking garage is far. There needs to be better signage or perhaps a map of the place should be offered. I have to say that the staff at YOLO was fantastic!!
