No room service. You call each day to get towels picked up and get fresh towels. No toilet paper delivered and only after waiting over 1 hour on the phone to get someone to answer. Once they rudely answer and shame you for needed the regular room service expected out of the fees, you wait another hour to get the stuff. All staff full of bad attitude and full of excuses. It’s the take it or leave it attitude

First room was not cleaned. Had to go downstairs 5 times and beg to change rooms. Basically SELF service. No one assists or seemed bothered if asked anything. Ask rep for a blanket, extra towels, extra bath mat and some cups. He said "Sorry, we do not provide that anymore. Welcome to the "new: Vegas." Called housekeeping; all buttons on phone lead to same place that takes 10 minutes for anyone to answer. Room service??? Caesar Eats is terrible. 70 dollars for 2 burgers from GRB to be brought to our room? Nowhere to get coffee at 5a. Spent over 500 during 8n night stay just to keep my own room supplied. Did not feel like a vacation. Only people who were friendly, and obviously suffering the same issues about customer service, were other guests talking in the elevator. We actually spent most of our time across the street; hmmm, they have 24/7 room service, blankets, coffee, and will provide you with supplies for your room! So; it is NOT the 'new' Vegas as PH rep stated. It is the "new" Planet Hollywood and it is NOT worth it. One positive thing; GREAT LOCATION. That is it!
An average stay, but appears to be going downhill (hint: hire more staff)...

Planet Hollywood is an overall average place to stay in Vegas. It's above average in some regards, but below average in others. Our room was decent. The beds were nice and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and we liked having a shower and a tub. I'm picky about cleanliness and our room passed muster, but I also felt like it was a case of don't look too closely because other areas of the casino were sorely lacking in care. The hallway outside of our room was pretty disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Overall, it looked like they could use more staff. Common areas felt dingy. The pool deck was a nice respite from the heat. The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the Miracle Mile Shops, which is great if you're looking for a quick bite to eat or need to run out for something as basic as a toothbrush. Again, not much staff on hand. We didn't see anyone when we checked in or out (it's all done at kiosks). We only called the front desk once because we needed additional cups and the brought them up within 30 minutes. Not many extras in the room other than a fridge. No coffee maker or microwave. I felt like we could have done better (we stayed here because of a conference) for what we paid. It's not at all a dump, but you can feel it heading in the wrong direction. It's not even about sprucing the joint up, it's about taking care of the property: clean the carpeting in the common areas and so on. Planet Hollywood is middle of the road right now. They're not going to make the top-10 worst places to stay on the Strip, but if they continue to let things slides then yes - they're going to end up there.
Likely won’t stay here again…
