Upon arriving, I was impressed with the automated check-in process, but then I was assigned to a room with two queens. When I secured the room, I specifically booked 1 King. I called the attendant over and she said that the rooms were not guaranteed, which is odd, because why offer the different type rooms if they aren't? Anyway, she ended up putting me in a King bed, so I was fine. When I arrived in the room, it was dark, and it took me about 5 minutes to realize that the lamps had to be turned on manually, at the base of the lamp. Of course, the lamp that was easily accessible had a broken switch, so I had to climb over the bed to turn on a light. I want to say the room was relatively clean, but then as I showered, I noticed that the bathroom lamp was filled with dust bunnies. Not uncommon for a residence, but a hotel? Weird.Finally, the toilet must have had a leak, because it kept activating throughout my stay there. Overall, minor inconveniences that added up
