Open across from Carnival World & Seafood Buffet, this Las Vegas restaurant features the first KJ dim sum lunch menu. Exclusive to the Rio Las Vegas restaurant location, the dim sum experience has a customary tableside cart allowing guests to visually select their options. Guests can also enjoy the various shrimp, lobster, crab and giant clam dishes that have made KJ Kitchen a local favorite.

The 4,600-square-foot Las Vegas restaurant seats up to 350 people.
