WHAT TO EAT AT THIS ITALIAN RESTAURANT
Hailing from South Philadelphia, Steve Martorano serves simple Italian-American home cooking in a chic after-dark environment. He always says he’s not a celebrity chef, but rather a cook whose food happens to be famous.
“I’ve always done things my way,” Martorano said. “I’m old-school Italian and I’ve always cooked what I love to eat, but my tastes have grown and my new menu reflects what and how I’m eating now.”
The portions are huge, so you’ll get your money’s worth ordering family-style. Favorite dishes include the meatball salad, eggplant stack, Downtown Chicken Cutlet, Philly cheesesteak and Rigatoni Sunday Pork. Get a little messy and chow down on a Homemade Lasagna. Plus, every dish is prepared to order without the use of heating lamps. Pair your meal with one of the restaurant’s signature drinks like the Dean Martin Martini or Strawberry & Basil Martini.

At all Steve Martorano’s restaurant locations including the original in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and in Hollywood, Florida, the atmosphere plays a big role in what we are all about. During the early part of the evening you will listen to the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bobby Darin. As the night progresses the music gets louder and you’ll hear the sounds of classic R&B and disco with a touch of slow jams and classic rock. If the mood should strike you, dancing is encouraged. What brings the whole atmosphere together is when we stop the music every so often and play scenes from the classic cinema of our time. Our servers are here to guide you through your experience. Now sit back and let us entertain you at our Rio Las Vegas fine dining destination. “I’m not a celebrity chef. I’m a chef whose food is famous” - Steve
"Steve Martorano’s South Philly Italian cooking is some of the most honest food in Las Vegas. Surrounded by flat screen TVs playing mob movies, diners are made aware that the fare here is larger than life, much like the tattooed visionary who created it."
