The location is away from the strip but easy to get around by walking or Uber. The public areas are well kept and clean. The pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds and a good sound track. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, I thought the drinks guys and girls were much nicer than in other hotels. The rooms are basic and I would class them as "suites". No water in the rooms was frustrating and very basic in terms of amenities. Due to the layout of the hotel the rooms do feel very dark, even when it's sunny. Rooms could do with a refurb as they are starting to look a little tired and dated. Cleaning was pretty good in the rooms but there was often room service left in the corridors for long periods of time. All in all a decent hotel for a good price, but be sure to budget for the resort fee.

I felt like this hotel is in between a decision on whether to refurbish it or milk it. The check in process was terrible and we were in late (early morning) and the process took over an hour and a half. The check in was ridiculous, we wound up in a smoking suite, the hotel was sold out. The furniture in the suite was rolled up and tattered, as was the end tables and bedside tables. A little window cleaning, some TLC on new furniture and more and this could be a nice place. It has slid seriously since our visit there two years ago. Rumor is they are going to demolish it, and I wonder with the care. There are areas of care and there are areas of disrepair. The staff was good for the challenges they were facing. The pools were shut down, though at the Palazzo after this the pool was absolutely packed. Go figure that one out?

I feel I have to be honest with regards to this hotel. Getting there was a nightmare as massive roadworks were taking place. The hotel like most in Vegas is huge and on first impressions we were looking forward to being here. From the Car Park to Check-In is a walk so do not think its just a few minutes. There were about 6 Check-In Clerks there booking people in. There were about 20 people before me so I thought that it would be quick, no chance. Each time the Front Desk booked someone in they got up and left and went into some office at the back. In the end there was one really nice lady booking everyone in. Then someone would come back out and book someone in and then go again. Really, I mean this was check in time (4.00pm) it was manic there. Checked in got keys. Room was on 14th floor, wow a view. Got to room, big and well big. Room was a nicotine yellow colour with matching ensemble. The net curtains looked like they had not been cleaned in about 20 years. The bed linen was crisped and white, lovely, cannot fault them here. The bath tub had lots of long black hairs in it and so did the walls of the shower area. The shower curtains was a lovely stain of yellow, it may have been white at some time but I assume with age it had given up the ghost and wanted to match the walls of yellow, yellow and yellow. OK I can wash out the tub and walls no big deal. OK, day one over. We had booked room service it came in the price. Went out for the day and came back 9 hours later, no room clean or towels. Ok go with the flow. I went and found the cleaner to ask for fresh towels. She asked if I wanted room service I said no its too late. Day two, went out, 9 hrs later, no clean room, no clean towels. At 6pm knock on door, room service. I said no thanks we are too tired and you have had all day to do this. On checking out I told the Front Desk only to be told that I did not have to leave a card on the door asking for my room to be cleaned (there was a card attached to the door knob, do not disturb or please clean my room) she kept saying they have not used the cards in years, I kept day so why was our room not cleaned, she had no answer. I have to say they credited $36 for two non cleaning of rooms back to my card. Breakfast was included which was a $9 allowance to get breakfast from Costa. Have you ever been able to get a breakfast from Costa for $9. The coffee here was $8 a cup or you could have had a very tiny breakfast roll for $8 but not both unless you charged it to your room. So breakfast people is NOT included unless you want a liquid lunch. If you love to drink and gamble then any hotel in Las Vegas is for you. If you want to just visit and look around book a two night stay see a show a go. If not I would recommend you book somewhere outside and travel in by Taxis. Not a very nice place, sorry. I do not want to be negative. There are people in the hotel trying the hard sell of time shares or more hotel stays. Smoking is allowed for Brits be prepared for cigars and cigarettes and the heavy sent of their smoke you have to walk through every day and night. I will never be going back to Las Vegas it was very expensive and this hotel did nothing to give me any home comforts that you want when on holiday. Sorry.

Stayed here for a training conference for work. Overall, it wasn’t bad. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel was easy to navigate, plenty of food options - which you need because getting somewhere off property for lunch in an hour and a half wasn’t possible without a car. The strip is walking distance but along a VERY busy road - I opted for safety and took an Uber or Lyft to get back and forth. I’ve stayed at several Vegas properties and I’d much rather be at Bally’s or Harrahs ‘on’ the strip then off strip.Note to conference planners - our big reception had buffets with Mexican food and ran out of tortillas not even halfway through service. 🙄 I finally opted not to wait anymore and sat down - I don’t know if anyone ever refilled them but it wasn’t the best food ever.
