Booked a non-smoking room (we do not smoke) - room smelled of smoke. Carpet in room is dirty with stains and can tell they do not vacuum all areas - dust build up under bathroom sink and near walls and corners. Looks like they are having to rush cleaning due to being short staffed. Furniture is old looking, worn off in so many areas they look like their from a teenagers room. Toilet is not secured to floor and wobbles and shifts when you try to sit. Bath faucet is falling off, had to be careful when trying to adjust knob on it to switch from water flowing into tub to shower. Short staffed so check in & check out is 45 min to 1 hr. Max 2-3 employees working the desk during rush times. could not switch rooms - fully booked. Used to be a nice place. Waited in line to actually check out to give polite feedback on room conditions - no discount was given or even offered - disappointing.

Checked in at 1am (flight delays) and the line was 30 people deep with only 2 staff members checking people in. Fortunately, the kiosk was working for self-check-in. (For the remainder of our stay, this was the case every time we walked past the desk.) The room was good and spacious. The pillows are the worst - bring your own. Sometimes the hallways had a strange smell, almost likepot-covered sewer. Twice I had to call the desk with a question and it took forever to get a person (when the line wasn't busy). The pools are nice, but you cannot bring a drink when the bar is open. Instead, you get to buy a beer from the bar for $11. Yes, eleven dollars a can. Oh, and there was a couple having sex in one of the pools - the lifeguard didn't stop until I complained to a different staff member. The casino was good, but there were a few times they should have opened another table because there was no social distancing at the roulette table. On a map, this looks just a block from the main strip - it is much more than a block. There is a sidewalk on the bridge, but it is a high-traffic raceway of a bridge. We walked it once (to and from) after that we taxied or ubered everywhere. For the money, it was a good pick. If we go back, I'll spend a little extra and be on the strip.

Stay 6 days. Our room was filthy when we arrived. I Clorox cleaned it the first day myself. Cigarettes and objects I can’t identify were on the floor. First 3 days we got no cleaning or refreshing. Notified manager. Also sink dripped all night. Toilet was very wobbly. We asked for a née room on a Wednesday and was told maintenance and housekeeping would be called. Manager said he had no rooms to switch out, however we watched several people get upgrades because of filthy rooms. We asked for a refund and the manager said he would give one if we got our stuff and left the hotel right now. It was the worst Caesar experience EVER. This happened on my birthday! Ruined my entire afternoon. Called corporate and asked for a higher up manager to call us. They never did! Horrible management and definitely not a hotel I’ll ever stay at or recommend. Staffing is low moral, and no floor staff to make your stay comfortable. We just checked out of the worst vegas experience ever.
