Three days at the Rio. YUCK. Check-in is a total mess. The "express" check-in at 4 pm takes at least an hour because of the lines waiting to check in. When you finally get to one of the kiosks to check in (oh, two or three weren't working at all) you hope the one you're using works. Mine didn't FOUR tries a staff person had to use her computer connection to complete the check in.Message light on the phone wouldn't shut off. Spoke to, get this, SIX people all of whom said they'd handle it...but no one got it turned off. I unplugged both phones!!No housekeep service EVER showed up to service my room while I was there even with a door tag saying "service the room.". Really big of them to give me a $30 credit when you consider they didn't make the bed, replace the towels, etc. But, they manage charge you a daily fee for the "resort"...use it or not. rip off.

Don’t call them directly to book your room! They wasted my time while they trying to get me to accept Caesar’s credit card. After numerous time trying to convince me, they finally reserved a room. But it was not the room I wanted. Could not change it unless I wanted to go down the lobby and wait in a long line again. Souls of book my room through a travel service such as Expedia.
