The only positive review I cam say is that the size of the king suite was nice. It was below clean standards with orange frosting on the counter by the mini fridge and black hair in the tub. The place needs an upgrade with furniture and carpet. I was told by the tall blond manager that their Board of Directors does not recognize medical exemption for not having a mask indoors. Also Rose from the Philippines threatened to call security since I wasn’t wearing a mask even though I told her I had a medical exemption. She stated the Rio was private property and that I still had to wear a mask. You will be hearing from me again about this thank goodness I was only there for the night traveling. I will never again stay at a Dreamscape property.

Limiited Restaurant availabilty! Paid for upgraded room and I got nothing for it. Refrigerator was noisy and froze everything I put in it! I Feel they owe me a refund for their resort fees. I feel they should tell eveyone they have nothing to offer!

We stayed for a few days and nights here, even though we saw some really bad reviews. Keeping that in mind our expectations were low. When we got to the hotel, we weren't sure where we could park, but we eventually found a steal we were confident was safe to park in. Once we parked we walked around and into the hotel to the front desk with no help from staff. Same went with the check in process. Which was okay since we used the machine and it was pretty simple that way. However, once e got to the room it wasn't the best. Our room upon arrival has bathroom tiles cracked, the TV was left on, our dining table was rolled and we were nervous would break off we used it. We saw our couch looked really worn and dilapidated so we didn't go near it, and a lamp next to it was completely broken. I'm sure if we tried to turn it on it would've electrocuted us. The pillows were small compared to the bed, and gave no support. We only had three pillows for the two of us. I called for more pillows and blankets but noone showed up.This hotel has no free hand soap or complimentary toiletries. I also called about this and said it's free if we ask for them, but they don't leave it in the hotel room. I asked, and again noone showed up.We went back out and came back to the hotel room, and this time our TV just randomly shut off on us. Which unfortunately led us to hear the neighboring rooms discussion pretty clearly. Soooo, walls are very thin because he wasn't even yelling. When we tried to sleep, we also noticed that our lamp shades had stains all over then, and at morning, our black out curtains had holes in them which allowed the sunlight in. Im a light sleeper, but thinking we had black out curtains, I was thinking I'd sleep okay at least but that woke me up.For the price I didn't want to complain, but I won't be staying there again.

I bought this stay for my partner and I and was very excited based on the photos, reviews, and things my friends had told me. First off, I had selected "noon" from the drop down menu on the caesars website for my preferred check in time. NEVER was it indicated to me that this was an early check in, as it just asked for my preferred check in time. I also called the morning of check in to confirm this time and was once again NOT told that this check in time would incur any fees. But of course as soon as I am at the hotel, I am charged $35 for an early check in, no explanation or apology. The first room they had us in REEKED of cigarettes (and this was supposedly a non-smoking room), the lights were on, the doors were open, there was a literal hand print on the wall.. it was disgusting for normal standards, but with the presence of COVID, this was abhorrent. I called to switch rooms and after being on hold for 15 min was told to go all the way back to the desk where I was greeted with some of the worst customer service. I have worked in customer service, and have always strived to empathize with an unhappy customer.I was very polite in explaining that this room was surprisingly horrible and I was very upset about my experience so far, the lady behind the desk could give less of a hoot about my experience. She was cold and crass. The rest of the stay was subpar, the room we were replaced with was not "a Mountain View suite" it was an "obstructed dirty window view of a dirty roof suite". The wifi wrongly charged us, you could hear when anyone walked by or flushed a toilet. I would never suggest going back here as the room is clearly advertised wayyyy above its actual quality.
