Account Registration
To create an account, you will need to click the “register” button. You will need to fill out your personal information, name, address, phone number, date of birth. You will then need to create a password, answer two (2) security questions, provide the last four (4) digits of your social security number, and any promotional code(s) that you have.
To own a Caesars Sportsbook account, you will also need to acknowledge the following as well as agreeing to our general terms and conditions:
I acknowledge that all of the information provided within this account registration is accurate and that I am not a casino key employee or casino employee prohibited from wagering within the state where Caesars Sportsbook is permitted and licensed to offer sports wagering.
I am 21 or over and I hereby acknowledge that I am prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use my gaming account.
I acknowledge that a prohibited sports pool participant, including but not limited to: an owner, athlete, coach, referee, manager, handler, or athletic or horse trainer, or any other person identified by the Designated States Gaming Enforcement Agency, shall not be permitted to wager on any event governed by the league or sports governing body with which they are affiliated. Any other employee of a sport’s governing body, or one of its member teams, who is not a prohibited sports pool participant, shall register with the Designated States Gaming Enforcement Agency prior to placing a sports pool wager.

How can I view my account history? - You can view your full transaction history by clicking My Account > Transactions. Here you can find a summary of all deposits, withdrawals and bets, along with a running balance.
How can I view my betting history? - You can view your full betting history my clicking Betting History, here you will see the details of open bets and settled bets.
Where are my open bets?
You can find open bets easily be navigating to your Betting History and clicking 'Open Bets' here you will find details of all bets that haven't been settled.
Where are my settled bets?
You can find all settled bets by navigating to Betting History and clicking ‘Settled Bets’. In here there will be information on which bets have won or lost.
How can I view my payment history?

You can click on the forgot password button and we will send an email to the registered email on your account with instructions on how to change your password. Customer Support cannot change your password for you.

What to do if you cannot remember which email address you used to register your account: If you have forgotten your email address, you need to enter your registered phone number and you will receive a text notification with the registered email address.
What to do if you cannot remember your password: If you have forgotten your password, you can click 'Forgot Password' on the log in widget. You will need to enter your registered email address and phone number, then you receive a code to create a new password on the same page.

Tax Reported Prizes
Tax Reported Prizes
Certain wins, including any single wager paying 300 times the amount wagered and at least $600, require a special claim process to satisfy tax requirements.
You will be notified whenever you have a win that requires you to complete the claim process. Additionally, you will have to enter the first five digits of your Social Security Number as a part of the claim process.
Wins that require you to complete the claim process do not appear in your account balance, but those wins can be found within My Account > History > Tax Reported Prizes.
After the claim process is completed, your balance is credited with the eligible funds and you can withdraw your funds immediately.

Win/Loss Statements
Tax documentation is now available directly within the app:
- Visit My Account in top right corner and select “My Account”
- Within menu options, select “Year-End Summary”
- Select “Request Year-End Summary”
- Your request will be confirmed as received. Please note: your request may take up to 72 hours to complete.
- Once your report is ready, it will be available for download within the same section of the app.
Please note:
- Reports are generated by state. If you require documents for multiple states, change your location within the app and generate a report in each state needed.
- If you do not receive your report within 72 hours, you will see the option to re-try your request within the app. If you encounter further issues or need additional details provided, please reach out to customer service.
