The room was clean and attractive, but it was over priced for what you get. Our room was right next to the elevators, which I could hear running most of the night. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in and I was exhausted by morning. I had only been asleep for about 3 hours when the cleaning people banged on my door at 8:00 AM to see if I was ready to check out, the check out time is 12:00 noon. When I checked out I asked the front desk person if they had credited my points to my card. She said no, I asked if she would do it and she said she could not do it. I had used valet parking and there was a parking charge on my bill. When I asked for my car from the valet service, they charged me again. I showed him my bill and he said he didn't know what the charge was for but it didn't match my valet ticket number. There was such a long line at the desk checking out, and they only had two people working, that I decided to forget about the extra parking charge and left. I will not be staying at Harrah's in South Lake Tahoe, CA again.
