General Terms And Conditions

For Hotel Offers 

 

  • Must be 21+ to reserve a room at Caesars-affiliated hotels (19+ at Caesars Windsor). 
  • Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. 
  • Offers are available for a limited time, and hotel may cancel or amend any offer at any time.
  • Offers cannot be combined with any special rates, discounts, sales promotions, or other offers.
  • Offers cannot be applied to existing reservations unless otherwise stated. 
  • Hotel’s standard cancellation, refund, and deposit policies apply to hotel’s offers unless otherwise stated. See hotel webpage for details. If any offer terms conflict with a hotel’s reservation/check-in terms and conditions, the offer terms shall prevail.
  • Discounts apply to room rate only unless otherwise stated. 
  • Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Additional person charges may apply.
  • Rates exclude service charges, mandatory resort fees, applicable taxes, and other incidental expenses unless otherwise stated.
  • Certain offers may require a deposit, advance reservation, and/or advance payment in full for entire stay.
  • Special offers rates are subject to room availability. Blackout dates apply. Discounts may be reduced on higher demand dates.
  • Special discounts may not be available on all rate types.
  • Offers may require a minimum number of nights and/or be limited to a maximum number of rooms.
  • When required, applicable promo code must be applied to reservation.
  • Certain offers are only available when booking on Caesars.com or the Caesars Rewards mobile app unless otherwise stated.
  • For certain offers, reservations may be non-refundable and non-amendable.
  • Offers may be available only at specified properties.
  • Reservations made by phone may be subject to higher rate.
  • Rooms reserved using Caesars Rewards member rates are not commissionable.
  • Property may substitute any offer benefit with another benefit of equal or greater value at any time.
  • Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be combined, accumulated, or carried over to a subsequent stay.
  • Offers are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Personal information collected in connection with a hotel offer will be used as disclosed in the Caesars Entertainment U.S. Privacy Policy.
  • For Caesars Rewards offers, members must make hotel reservations directly with Caesars Entertainment or the property to qualify. 
  • Management reserves all rights, including the right to cancel or change this promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
