Stephanie Lepori is the Chief Accounting, Human Resources and Administrative Officer at Caesars Entertainment, overseeing all functions of human resources, including labor relations, benefits and compensation, payroll, budgeting, accounting shared services, SEC reporting, insurance placement across all coverage lines, captive management and the company’s internal collaboration between internal audit, compliance, and risk departments. In previous roles, she has also had oversight of information technology.
Ms. Lepori has nearly three decades of experience in gaming and hospitality. She has been with the company since 1995, beginning with the opening of Silver Legacy Casino Resort in Reno. Her proven leadership and financial management skills played a significant role in the numerous financing transactions and the execution of growth initiatives of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. including the acquisitions of MTR Gaming Inc., Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., Tropicana Entertainment Inc., Caesars Entertainment Corporation and William Hill. In addition to the large-scale transactions, she has been an integral part of numerous smaller single and multi-asset divestitures and purchases.
Before joining the company, Ms. Lepori started her career with Arthur Anderson LLP in Las Vegas.
Ms. Lepori is passionate about community work and has served on several non-profit boards. She currently serves as a Community Board Member for the Truckee Meadows Boys and Girls Club and is a Pacific Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club of America.
Additionally, Ms. Lepori is on the board of directors for DiamondRock Hospitality, a publicly traded, self-advised real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns a portfolio of 36 premium hotels and resorts throughout the United States.
She is also a member of Renown Health’s Board of Directors in Reno, NV, where she chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee. Renown Health is the largest locally owned not-for-profit healthcare network in Northern Nevada. Furthermore, Ms. Lepori serves as an Employer Trustee for the Unite Here Culinary Health Plan, which covers approximately 100,000 union employees in the U.S.
Ms. Lepori earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Nevada Society of CPAs member.
