On January 1, 2026, the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, Kentucky Consumer Data Privacy Act, and Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Act came into effect. These new laws provide state residents with new privacy protections and rights regarding their personal information. September 30, 2025 Update

On October 1, 2025, the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) came into effect. The MODPA provides Maryland residents with new privacy protections and rights regarding their personal information. On January 1, 2025, privacy laws in 4 states (Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, and New Hampshire) came into effect. These laws provide state residents with new privacy protections and rights regarding their personal information. In addition, we have updated our privacy notice to describe the collection of audio and video content by body worn cameras that may be worn by security personnel at certain properties.

August 6, 2024 Update

WHY ARE YOU MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We have added a new paragraph about mobile phone numbers. The new language discloses that we will not share any mobile phone number you provide to us when opting in to SMS messages or when signing up for two-factor authentication with any third party or affiliate to use for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We also will not rely any SMS opt-in that you've provided to a third party in order to send SMS messages to your mobile phone number. We will request an opt-in directly from you.

On July 1, 2024, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) and Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) came into effect. The OCPA and TDPSA provide Oregon and Texas residents with new privacy protections and rights regarding their personal information. We've updated our Privacy Policy and Privacy Requests page to include additional information required by these new laws.
