Senior Vice President, Design and Construction, Service and Continuous Improvement
Brent Lessing is Senior Vice President of Design and Construction, Service and Continuous Improvement for Caesars Entertainment. In this role, he is responsible for managing company initiatives to optimize financial returns, drive customer satisfaction and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Brent joined Caesars in 2017 as Senior Vice President Business Process Improvement & Program Management Office (BPI/PMO). He has deep expertise and experience in these areas, and understands that pursuing objectives aggressively while creating a positive work environment is the best approach to achieving financial and operational success. Business Process Improvement has taken on an increasingly prominent role in Caesars business model, as ever-changing technological solutions make work processes faster and more efficient.
Brent was previously with The Hertz Corporation, where he enjoyed a distinguished 21-year career in a variety of roles. Most recently, he was a member of the senior management team, serving as Vice President, IT Transformation and Customer Systems. At Hertz, Brent led an initiative to reinvent the company through integrating technology and continuous improvement techniques with key customer interface and business process platforms. In previous roles, he spearheaded the successful integration of a major acquisition, ran the company’s Global Project and Program Management Office for three years and held a variety of management-level positions in operations. He was one of the company’s first employees to become a certified process improvement expert in 2001, while running operations in Denver, Colorado. Throughout his career, Brent has utilized his process improvement skills to improve quality, generate revenue and reduce costs.
Brent holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Walden University. He also participated in the Wharton School’s Executive Education program.
