$500 First Bet On Us– PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

1. The Caesars Sportsbook (“Caesars”) $500 First Bet On Us - promotion (the “Promotion”) will take place between 12:00PM local time on Thursday, November 30, 2023, and ends when Caesars removes the promotion from its promotions page on the Caesars Sportsbook website (www.caesars.com/promos) (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. As used herein, “Caesars” means American Wagering Inc, dba Caesars Sportsbook. All references to $500 First Bet On Us shall be referred to as “Promotion” throughout these Official Rules. Promotion is sponsored by Caesars.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) must:

b. Be physically present in Ontario, where sports wagering is legal and Caesars is duly licensed, permitted or authorized to operate.

c. Have successfully opened a new Caesars Sportsbook Mobile or Online Account for the first time in Ontario (“Caesars Account”), inclusive of automated or manual identification verification, during the Promotion Period. Caesars will determine the time of account opening based on an automatic system timestamp that is triggered when the account opening process is completed. For the avoidance of doubt, Patrons that have an existing Caesars Sportsbook or William Hill Sportsbook Account shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

i. Opening a Caesars Account is free.

    1. Must register their Caesars Account using an eligible promo code (“Promo Code”) during the Promotion Period, for the opportunity to earn a Bonus Bet (“Eligible Patron(s)”).

4. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  1. The following individuals are noteligible to enter the Promotion:

a. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.

b. Individuals who have previously registered for a Caesars Sportsbook account in another province/state/territory.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. Within 30 days of opening a Caesars Account, Eligible Patrons must place their first real money sports wager (“Qualifying Wager”) via the Caesars mobile app or desktop site to participate in this Promotion (“Participant(s)”). If their Qualifying Wager is graded as a Loss (defined below) by Caesars, the Participant will earn a one-time Bonus Bet token equal to the lessor of (1) the full value of the Qualifying Wager or 2) $500 (the “Bonus Bet”) . A Qualifying Wager that returns $0.00 is defined as a loss (“Loss”).
  2. Bonus Bets will be added to a Participant’s Caesars Account within two (2) business days after their Qualifying Wager is graded as a Loss by Caesars.
  3. Awarded Bonus Bet is a one-use token and cannot be broken down across multiple bets.
  4. The value of the Bonus Bet is not included in any winnings paid out.
  5. The maximum Bonus Bet per Participant in this Promotion is $500.
  6. Only the consecutively first settled real money sports wager after registration per Participant qualifies for this Promotion. In the event a Participant simultaneously places more than one wager in their bet slip, the first cash wager recorded as settled by Caesars in that Participant’s wagering history will be considered the Qualifying Wager.
  7. Super Boost Markets, Round Robins, Bonus Bets and Profit Boosts do not qualify.

13. If a Profit Boost Token is applied to a Qualifying Wager, that wager will not be eligible for the Promotion.

14. The usage of bonus funds on a Qualifying Wager will disqualify this offer.

15. Participants may only utilize one such “Promotion” across any Caesars Sportsbook offering.

16. For the avoidance of doubt, as an example, a Participant may not use the “Promotion” on www.williamhill.com/us/mi/bet and www.williamhill.com/us/nj/bet .

  1. A Qualifying Wager must settle within thirty (30) days of being placed by a Participant for that Participant to be eligible for a Bonus Bet.
  2. Wagers that are settled before normal market settlement via the Cash Out feature are not eligible for Bonus Bet. The next wager placed will not become the Qualifying Wager.
  3. A Bonus Bet must be used by the Participant within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date it is awarded or that Bonus Bet will expire and be removed from their Caesars Account .

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Bonus Bet redemption is subject to Caesars House Rules and governed by Caesars’ Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and General Terms of Service.
  2. Bonus Abuse / Fraud: Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or inappropriate play, can have their Bonus Bet voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future bonuses or awards, and/or have their Caesars Account locked at the discretion of Caesars. These activities include, but are not limited to:
    1. Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game,
    2. Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively.
  3. This Promotion may not be combined with any other welcome offer for new Caesars Sportsbook Mobile or Online Accounts.

23. This Promotion is only valid for wagering available within the Province of Ontario, via the Caesars desktop site or mobile app.

24. Participants may opt out of this Promotion by contacting Caesars Customer Support.

25. A Participant’s Caesars Account must be in good standing both at the time of entry and the time at which the Bonus Bet is awarded.

27. Only wagers meeting the definition of ‘Sport and Event Betting’ as defined in the Alcohol and Gambling Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) Registrar’s Standards, and as documented in the iGaming Ontario “iGO” Game Catalogue, qualify for this promotion.

28. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these terms and conditions or scenarios not addressed by these terms and conditions will be resolved by Caesars management, whose decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If you are not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, you have the option to seek resolution with the AGCO or with iGO.

29. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this promotion.

30. Promotion is subject to Caesars’ House Rules , Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and General Terms of Service .
