We are working towards a seamless transition of the ONE Club, Fan Club, and Club GVC loyalty programs into Caesars Rewards, to create the largest casino loyalty program in the world. 

Below are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about the transition of loyalty programs:

What is Caesars Rewards?

Caesars Rewards is the loyalty program of Caesars Entertainment, connecting millions of active members worldwide. With Caesars Rewards, members have access to a large network of hotel and entertainment options in the gaming industry and can earn benefits and rewards while they take advantage of endless amenities.

What are the Eldorado Resorts loyalty programs?

ONE Club, Fan Club, and Club GVC are the loyalty programs used at various destinations. The name of the loyalty program at each destination today is listed below:

What does it mean when you say Eldorado Resorts loyalty programs will “transition or convert” to the Caesars Rewards loyalty program?

  • All ONE Club, Fan Club, and Club GVC destinations will transition from their current loyalty programs to Caesars Rewards over time.
  • Select destinations will begin using a Caesars Rewards Local card in the coming months as a step in the transition. Details for each transition will be communicated as plans are finalized.
  • Once all destinations have converted to Caesars Rewards you will be able to use one card across all destinations, allowing you to take your balance with you wherever you go. You will also be able to use your Tier benefits across all destinations, exploring new destinations as you go. 

When will each ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination transition to Caesars Rewards? Will it happen all at once?

  • All ONE Club, Fan Club, and Club GVC destinations are now part of the Caesars Rewards network.  Members of each of these programs are now able to link their individual loyalty program accounts to their Caesars Rewards main account to benefit from the Caesars Rewards network. 
  • Select destinations are expected to transition to Caesars Rewards by the end of 2020.  Details for each transition will be communicated as plans are finalized.

What do you mean by “loyalty currency”?

Loyalty currency refers to the currency used by each loyalty program which allows members to earn and redeem rewards within that program today. The name of the loyalty currency in each loyalty program of Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts is listed below:

Will I be able to use my ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC loyalty currency at Caesars Rewards destinations?

You are now able to link your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC account to your Caesars Rewards account, or sign up for a new Caesars Rewards account to link with your existing ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC loyalty program. This will allow you to match Tier Status and transfer loyalty currency between the accounts to use within the Caesars Rewards network.

Will I be able to use my Caesars Rewards currency at ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destinations?

You are now able to link your Caesars Rewards account to your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC account. This will allow you to match Tier Status and transfer loyalty currency between the accounts to use at the respective destination at which each loyalty program is used.

Will I still receive my Tier benefits associated with my ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC loyalty program?

  • Your Tier Status, loyalty currency and benefits from your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC program will remain valid until your destination converts to Caesars Rewards, at which time your Tier Status, loyalty currency and benefits will be combined with your new Caesars Rewards main account. If you do not already have a Caesars Rewards main account, you can join for free now at Caesars.com/myrewards.
  • You now have the option to match Tier Status in the Caesars Rewards program by linking your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC account with your Caesars Rewards account. These benefits will be valid at all existing Caesars Rewards destinations.
  • If you choose not to link your accounts prior to the conversion of your destination, they will be combined for you automatically at the time of your destination’s conversion to Caesars Rewards.
  • Caesars Rewards Seven Stars status is available by invitation only. Please see your host for details.

Will I earn loyalty currency differently depending on the destination I visit?

You will continue to earn Reward Credits, Tier Credits, Tier Points, Reward Dollars, Reward Points, Comp Dollars and Power Points based on the current rules of all loyalty programs as you do today. As each ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination transitions to Caesars Rewards, that destination will use the Caesars Rewards program and rules beginning on the date of transition.

Will loyalty currency redemption values be the same at every destination?

Redemption values will remain as they do today. As each ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination transitions to Caesars Rewards, that destination will use the Caesars Rewards program and rules beginning on the date of transition.

What can I redeem Reward Credits for?

Reward Credits are the loyalty currency of Caesars Rewards. They can be redeemed for dining, hotel, free slot play and more. 

When will I get my new card if I requested to match Tier Status?

You can pick up your upgraded ONE Club, Fan Club, Club GVC or Caesars Rewards card at the participating destination.

If I have a Caesars Rewards card from another destination, can I use that card, or will I need to get a new one locally?

You may continue to use your ONE Club, Fan Club, or Club GVC card as you do today. As your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination transitions to Caesars Rewards, that destination will use a Caesars Rewards card beginning on the date of transition.

How can I check my balances on my Caesars Rewards card?

You can check your balances with Caesars Rewards by logging into your account online, through the Caesars Rewards mobile app, at the slot machine or in person at the Caesars Rewards Center.

How many tier levels does Caesars Rewards have?

Caesars Rewards has six Tiers: Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite and Seven Stars.

If I already have a Caesars Rewards account can I use it at ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destinations?

  • You are now able to link your Caesars Rewards main account to your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC account, match your tier status and transfer loyalty currency balances between the accounts to use within the Caesars Rewards network.
  • When you link your accounts, your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC tier points will be added to your Tier Credits in Caesars Rewards for your total Caesars Rewards Tier Status.
  • If you choose not to link your accounts prior to the conversion of your destination, they will be combined for you automatically at the time of your destination’s conversion to Caesars Rewards.

How can I participate in Caesars Rewards?

If you do not already have a Caesars Rewards main account, you can join for free. If you choose not to link your accounts prior to the conversion of your destination, they will be combined for you automatically at the time of your destination’s conversion to Caesars Rewards.

When will my ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC loyalty program benefits no longer be valid?

You will continue to earn Tier Status, points, comps, and additional perks at your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination as you do today until that destination converts to Caesars Rewards.

What will happen to my loyalty currency balance in ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC?

When your destination fully transitions to Caesars Rewards, your loyalty currency balance from your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC program will become the same value in Reward Credits under the Caesars Rewards program. Your Reward Credits do not expire so long as you earn one Reward Credit every six months, and they will continue to be valid at all participating Caesars Rewards destinations.

Will promotional programs change? Will promotions consolidate with Caesars promotions?

  • Promotions, events and offers that are currently scheduled will continue as planned during the transition.
  • All direct marketing offers will continue to be valid through either the date when the transition of loyalty programs is completed, or the communicated expiration date on the offer, whichever occurs first.

 

Will I get offers or event invites from other destinations within the company?

You will continue to receive the same great offers based on your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC and/or Caesars Rewards play. You may also receive additional offers based on your play to visit new and exciting destinations.

Can I use my offer from one Caesars Rewards destination at another destination?

Offers are only valid at the destination or destinations listed on the offer.

Will I receive Las Vegas rewards or offers based on play at other destinations?

You may qualify for offers to other destinations based on play. We encourage you to link your Caesars Rewards account to your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC account. Please make sure to have a valid email address on file to ensure you receive all the offers that you may qualify for.

How often does my Caesars Rewards tier status change?

Caesars Rewards members earn Tier Credits from January 1 – December 31 for the following year’s Tier Status. The expiration date on all Caesars Rewards cards is January 31 of each year.

How are Tier Credits and Reward Credits earned?

Will I continue to earn comps and tier status in same way?

Earning in each ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC program will remain as it does today until each destination fully transitions to Caesars Rewards. After your destination has fully transitioned to Caesars Rewards, your earning will follow the Caesars Rewards program. Please sign in for more details and to request a Tier Status match to recognize your Tier Status across all destinations in the Caesars Rewards network.

Will I still get my annual cruise?

Your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC benefits will remain as they do today until each destination fully transitions to Caesars Rewards.

Are my resort fees covered at all destinations?

Your ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC benefits will remain as they do today until each destination transitions to Caesars Rewards. Caesars Rewards Diamond members and above do not pay resort fees at any Caesars Rewards destination. Please sign in for more details and to request a tier status match.

Will my win/loss statement for 2020 have my play from both my ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination and any of the Caesars Rewards destinations?

  • For now, the win/loss statement request processes will remain separate.  Please sign into your account and request a statement for your Caesars Rewards play.
  • For win/loss statements from ONE Club, Fan Club, or Club GVC, please contact the loyalty program representative from your destination.

I have an established credit line at my ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC casino and will want to play at a Caesars Rewards casino. How can I access my credit line from the casino where I have it now?

Credit at any Caesars Rewards destination or ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination is only available at the destination where it was approved. Upon application, casino credit can be approved swiftly and conveniently.

Will there be priority services at my ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination with my Caesars Rewards Diamond or Seven Stars card?

Caesars Rewards benefits are available only at Caesars Rewards destinations until a ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC destination transitions to Caesars Rewards. 

I was just about to book a reservation at a destination. What should I do?

  • If you would like to make a reservation at a Caesars Rewards, ONE Club or Fan Club destination, you can continue to do so as you normally would. All reservations booked now will be honored in the future.
  • If you already have a reservation at any Caesars Rewards, ONE Club or Fan Club destination, your reservations and customer service contacts remain the same and will not change.

What will happen to Caesars Rewards Visa® cardholders?

  • There will be no impact to Caesars Rewards Visa cardholders. You can continue to earn and redeem Reward Credits as before.
  • ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC members can apply for a Caesars Rewards Visa and start earning Reward Credits that can be used at Caesars Rewards destinations or transferred to ONE Club / Fan Club / Club GVC to use at those destinations.

Is there a mobile app for Caesars Rewards?

What is the difference between Caesars Reward reprint and promotional kiosks?

The Caesars Rewards reprint kiosk allows you to get a replacement Caesars Rewards card without visiting the Caesars Rewards center. The Caesars Rewards promotional kiosk allows you to view destination information, redeem offers and free slot play, as well as participate in exciting promotions.
