PROMOTION OVERVIEW: Eligible new Caesars Sportsbook accountholders can earn up to a $50 Bonus Bet by successfully opening a new Caesars Sportsbook account with a qualifying promo code and placing their first real money wager (additional restrictions and requirements below). This promotion begins at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and ends at 11:59am EST on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Promotion is offered by American Wagering, Inc. (“Caesars”).

ELIGIBILITY:

1. To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
   1. Be 21 years of age or older;
   2. Successfully open your first Caesars Sportsbook mobile or online account in Nevada during the Promotion Period; and
   3. Use an eligible promo code when opening your new account.
2. The date and time of account opening is determined by the automatic system timestamp that is created once all account opening procedures have been completed. Your account will not be considered open until the required identification verification process (whether by manual or automated means) has been completed.
3. The following individuals are noteligible for the promotion:
   1. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at Caesars’ discretion, or by their own request;
   2. Accountholders who have an existing Caesars Sportsbook, Caesars Sportsbook and Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, or Caesars Palace Online Casino in any other location as of the start of the Promotion Period (even if they re-register during the Promotion Period);
   3. Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law; and
   4. Accountholders who have registered for a new account using a promotion code for a different “new user” offer.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

4. To participate in this promotion, you must place your first qualifying real money sports wager via the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app or desktop site (“Qualifying Wager”) within 30 days of opening your Caesars Sportsbook account.
5. If your first wager is not a Qualifying Wager, you will no longer be eligible for this Promotion—even if you place a Qualifying Wager later.
6. After placing a Qualifying Wager, you will receive a Bonus Bet equal to 100% of the wagered amount—up to $50. As an example, if your first Qualifying Wager is $2, you will receive a $2 Bonus Bet. If your first Qualifying Wager is $300, you will receive a $50 Bonus Bet.
7. The following wagers will not qualify as Qualifying Wagers for purposes of this promotion:
   1. Wagers using a Profit Boost token;
   2. Wagers placed using Reward Credits;
   3. Wagers using a previously accrued Bonus Bet or any other bonus funds;
   4. Super Boosts or Round Robin wagers; or
   5. Wagers with odds of -1000 or shorter (e.g. -1500 does not qualify).

BONUS BET LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS:

8. Bonus Bet is for one-time use and cannot be divided across multiple wagers.
9. Bonus Bet must be used within 30 calendar days from the date it is awarded. Unused Bonus Bets will expire and be removed from the accountholder’s account.
10. When you use your Bonus Bet for a wager, and your wager wins, the value of the Bonus Bet is not included in the winnings.
11. Bonus Bets may not be transferred to any other Caesars online or mobile account and cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. Bonus Bet wagers will not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
12. Bonus Bet redemption is subject to the applicable Caesars’ House Rules, Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, and General Terms of Service.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14. Caesars may end this promotion at any time in its discretion.
15. All references to sums of money are in United States currency.
16. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. For purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Promotion Entities” means Caesars, Caesars’ parent and each of Caesars’ affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.
17. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final and binding.
18. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
19. Caesars may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. Caesars retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Caesars’ sole discretion.
20. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Caesars, may have their Bonus Bet(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Caesars Sportsbook and Casino account(s) permanently locked at the discretion of Caesars. These prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
    1. Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game; or
    2. Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively.
21. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
22. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Caesars shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Caesars deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
23. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the promotion.
24. Except as prohibited by law, Caesars reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Caesars determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
25. By participating in this promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Caesars, which are binding and final.
26. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
27. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Caesars Privacy Policy.
28. Participants irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
29. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to participant or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
30. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.
31. Wagers placed at a retail sportsbook location do not qualify for this Promotion.

33. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulation 22.120, and no such events will be included in the Promotion.
34. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with NGCB R&S MIC 94.
35. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
