Share The Rewards

Sponsor has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Sponsor cannot guarantee that Participants will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting a Caesars-affiliated property could increase Participants’ risk of contracting COVID-19. By participating in this Promotion, each participant acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that Participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

1.     The Share the Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.     As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating in this Promotion program.

3.     The (“Promotion Period”) begins on Friday, January 1, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. PT through Friday, December 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

4.     To be eligible to receive this Promotion, Participants must:

a.     A verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app) with an online Caesars Rewards account;

b.     A resident of the 50 United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) or the District of Columbia;

c.     At least 21 years of age (19 years of age in Canada) with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor;

d.     In possession of access to a computer or mobile device with internet access as of Friday, January 1, 2021; and

e.     Have a valid email address on file and be registered to receive marketing communications by the 1st of each month.

5.     Eligible Participants will receive a registration email on or about the first of each month from which they must click the “Register” button in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

6.     Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

7.     Each Participant will receive an email with a unique referral link. Participants will send this link to a non-Caesars Rewards member to sign up for an account.

8.     Participants may also retrieve their unique referral link by visiting www.caesars.com/myrewards/share-the-rewards and logging in with their Caesars Rewards account information.

9.     Non-Caesars Rewards guests will sign up for a Caesars Rewards account using the unique link included in the email from the Participant. Non-Caesars Rewards guests may also sign up for an account in person at a Caesars Rewards Center, where they will need to show the unique link from the email to a Caesars Rewards Center representative.

10.  After the new Caesars Rewards member has completed their account sign up, they will need to visit a Caesars Rewards Center in person to have their account validated by showing a valid photo ID.

11.  Non-Caesars Rewards guest must not currently have or previously had a Caesars Rewards account.

12.  The Participant and the new member(s) will each receive a 500 Tier Credits Bonus each, once the new members account has been verified.

13.  Members who sign up online must subsequently present a valid identification at a Caesars Rewards Center in order to receive the full benefits of the Caesars Rewards program.

14.  500 Tier Credits will be added to the Participant’s account and new members account within 45 days of validating new members account.

15.  Participants may receive up to 10,000 Tier Credits or refer up to twenty (20) guests during Promotion Period. 

16.  The state of Missouri does not allow for new Caesars Rewards accounts to be set up online. Residents of Missouri are encouraged to visit their local Caesars Rewards destination and sign up for their new account in person at the Caesars Rewards Center.  

17.  All credits received through this Promotion will be Tier Credits only.

18.  Daily Tier Credit Bonuses do not count towards earning for this Promotion.

19.  Tier Credit Bonuses earned pursuant to this Promotion do not count toward Reward Credit balance, promotional Tier Credit earnings or qualifying for a Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

20.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Promotion void where prohibited by law.

21.  All referral signups are subject to review and verification.

22.  The following individuals are not eligible for the Promotion:

a.     Employees of Caesars or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Caesars;

b.     Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Caesars in connection with the Promotion;

c.     The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e.     Individuals who are excluded from Caesars facilities, including through a government program, at Caesars’s discretion, or by their own request;

f.       Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.

23.  Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops, restaurants and hotels. For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or www.CaesarsRewards.com. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Caesars shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.

24.  Promotion is non-transferrable.

25.  By accepting the Promotion, Participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.

26.  The Caesars Parties are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.

27.  Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Promotion as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.

28.  All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Promotion term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.

29.  Where a situation arises which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

30.  Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and/or any affiliated entity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

Diamond Tier Match

1.              The Diamond Tier Match Offer (“Offer”) is available to new Caesars Rewards members who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Offer Period (defined below). Offer is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/caesars-rewards-rules-regs), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.              The “Offer Period” for this Offer is Monday, February 1, 2021 through Friday, December 31, 2021.

3.              As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating (“Participating Properties”) in this Offer.

4.              To be eligible for this Offer, participants (“Participants”) must be a newly verified Caesars Rewards member and be registered to receive marketing emails at a valid email address on record with Caesars Rewards.

5.              Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.

6.              Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino hotel by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.

7.              Employees of Caesars and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their owned, operated or managed properties, including the Casinos (collectively, the “Caesas Parties”), and Immediate Family members of such employees are not eligible for the Offer, unless approved in advance by Caesars.  Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.

8.              By accepting the Offer, Participants agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions contained herein.

10.           Participants must produce and display their Caesars Rewards Card and valid picture identification acceptable to Casino (such as driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to be eligible for this Offer.

16.           This Offer can be redeemed at any Caesars Rewards Center at a Participating Property.

17.           Participants who present a valid player’s card from an eligible competitor’s loyalty program during the Offer Period will receive Diamond Tier status upgrade valid through Monday, January 31, 2022. Eligible competitor loyalty programs and tiers are listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

18.           Participant’s player’s card must be valid with a current expiration date and the name printed on the card must match Participant’s valid photo ID.

19.           It may take up to ten (10) business days for the Diamond Tier status upgrade to be processed.

20.           Participants who receive a Diamond Tier status upgrade through this Offer can receive a special one (1) year extension of their Diamond Tier status through Tuesday, January 31, 2023 by earning the minimum number of Tier Credits during one of the time periods identified below. Tier Credits earned prior to the Start Date in the second column of the chart will not count towards the minimum Tier Credits required for a Diamond Tier status extension.

24.           Caesars may (a) terminate a Participant’s Caesars Rewards membership, (b) demote Participant’s account status and/or (c) terminate Participant’s existing Caesars Rewards benefits or Rewards Credits if such Participant misuses or abuses their Diamond Tier benefits or otherwise violates the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations. 

25.           Caesars reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval to the extent such is required.

26.           Caesars has no affiliation or relationship with any competitor casinos or loyalty programs identified in connection with this Offer.  All competitor casino and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

April 5X Tier Credit Multiplier

1.     The April 5X Tier Credit Multiplier Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards® members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/caesars-rewards-rules-regs), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.     The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is 12:00 a.m. PT on Friday, April 2, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, April 4, 2021.

3.     As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States participating in this Promotion.

4.     To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Participants must:

a.     Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app);

b.     Have a valid email address on file; and

c.     Be registered to receive marketing communications no later than Wednesday, March 31, 2021.

5.     Participants who have a valid email address will be sent an email on or about Thursday, April 1, 2021 from which they must click the “REGISTER” button in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Alternatively, Participants may register at promotional kiosks available at certain Participating Properties. On-property registration may not be available at all Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules and contact the Participating Property to ask if on-property registration is available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

6.     Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

7.     After registering for the Promotion, Participants will receive a 5X Tier Credit Multiplier on all Tier Credits earned during the Promotion Period.

8.     Maximum bonus per Participant’s account is 25,000 Tier Credits. For example, for a Participant to receive the highest maximum Tier Credit bonus, they would need to earn 5,000 Tier Credits. Participant would then receive an additional 20,000 Tier Credits as their bonus, for a total of 25,000.

9.     The Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be added to Participant’s account no later than Friday, April 30, 2021.

10.  Participants will have their Tier Credits tracked for this Promotion using ratings from their Caesars Rewards card.

11.  Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops and restaurants. For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or https://www.caesars.com/myrewards. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.

12.  All credits received by Participant through this Promotion will be Tier Credits only.

13.  Daily Tier Credit Bonuses, Promotional Tier Credit Bonuses and adjusted Tier Credits do not count towards earning for this Promotion.

14.  Tier Credit Bonuses earned pursuant to this Promotion do not count toward Reward Credit balance, promotional Tier Credit earnings or qualify for a Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

15.  If multiple Tier Credit Multipliers are occurring on the same day, Participants will receive the higher value Tier Credit Multiplier.

16.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Promotion void where prohibited by law.

17.  Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.

18.  Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino hotel by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.

19.  Employees of Caesars and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their owned, operated or managed properties, including the Casinos (collectively, the “Caesars Parties”), and Immediate Family members of such employees are not eligible for the Promotion, unless approved in advance by Caesars. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.

20.  Promotion is non-transferrable.

21.  By accepting the Promotion, Participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.

22.  Caesars and Casino are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.

23.  Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Promotion as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.

24.  All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Promotion term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.

25.  Where a situation arises, which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

26.  Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and/or any affiliated entity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

27.  Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. A property listed below shall cease to be a Participating Property if it is no longer owned, controlled or managed by a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation or its successor.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     To be eligible to enter this Promotion, participants (“Participants”) must be:

b.     A Say & Play panel member (membership is free, and Participants can join at https://www.sayandplay.com/signup);

c.     A legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;

d.     At least 21 years of age;

e.     In good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period and

f.       In possession of access to a computer or mobile device with internet access and an email account as of Thursday, April 1, 2021.

2.     Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.     This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities. Residents of certain states or other jurisdictions may be excluded from participation until Sponsor has received applicable regulatory approval.

4.     All entries are subject to review and verification.

5.     Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

6.     Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.

7.     Promotion times are approximate.  Sponsor reserves the right to change Promotion times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

8.     All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Sponsor whose decisions are final.

9.     Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded.  Notice of any such modification is sufficient if posted at a Caesars Rewards® Center or within the Caesars Rewards® mobile application.

10.  Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

11.  Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

12.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

13.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 

14.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

15.  Prizes and entries are non-transferable.

16.  Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

17.  Need not be present to win.

18.  A copy of these Official Rules and any changes will be available at any Caesars Rewards Center throughout the duration of this Promotion.

19.  The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

a.     Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are

i)  director level or above or

ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;

b.     Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;

c.     Employees of Dynata LLC;

d.     The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) (b) (c) above;

e.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) or (c) above; or

f.       Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request.

20.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Dynata, LLC , Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

21.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable.  In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

22.  Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

PROMOTION REGISTRATION AND ENTRY:

23.  During the Promotion Period, eligible Participants who complete a survey that the panel invites them to, will receive one (1) drawing entry (“Drawing Entry”) into this Promotion; and earn associated Reward Credits® per the standard Say & Play program.

24.  Maximum of one (1) Drawing Entry per Caesars Rewards® member, regardless of number of surveys completed or online submissions sent.

25.  Participants must have correct Caesars Rewards number entered in Say & Play profile to receive a Drawing Entry.

26.  Online Participation.  Participants may receive (1) Drawing Entry by going online https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/say-and-play-200k-reward-credit-sweepstakes/say-and-play-opt-in to register by completing the fields in the online form.

27.  Participants are not permitted to have multiple Caesars Rewards accounts. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Caesars Rewards accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

28.  Drawing Entries for this Promotion are in electronic format and will be activated when Participant completes a survey or submits a Mail-In Submission.

29.  Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees.

30.  Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.

31.  Each Participant must certify eligibility.

32.  By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.

33.  No entries will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, April 30, 2021.

34.  Drawing Entries shall become the property of Sponsor, where applicable, and will not be returned.

35.  Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:

36.  Sponsor will select two (2) potential winners on or about Wednesday, May 12, 2021, by random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor), from all eligible Drawing Entries, to award the below prizes:

a.     Two (2) winners will receive 200,000 Reward Credits each.

37.  RewardCredits will be posted to winner’s account within fourteen (14) business days.

38.  Approximate retail value of all prizes awarded is $4,000.00.

39.  Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Total Rewards program.  All estimated Reward Credit values stated in these Official Rules are estimated redemption values.  Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

40.  Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations available at www.caesarsrewards.com/rules. A winner’s Reward Credits will expire if the winner fails to earn at least one (1) new Reward Credit every six (6) months. Reinstatements will not be allowed if the Reward Credits expire due to inactivity. Visit www.caesarsrewards.com for more information.

41.  Only the Participant who submitted the winning entry will receive the prize. In case of a dispute over the identity of the individual who made a winning entry, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion.

42.  No prize substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

43.  Potential prize winners will be contacted via email, telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor to notify potential winner of prize.  Invalid or incorrect contact Caesars Rewards account information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) will result in prize forfeiture. 

44.  Winner notification to potential winner’s may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address

45.  Potential winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize for forfeit prize.

46.  Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release.

47.  Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

48.  If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes is awarded will be void.

49.  If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will not select a new potential winner. Unclaimed prizes will remain un-awarded.

50.  All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion.  By participating in this promotion, Participants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

51.  With regard to all prizes identified in these Official Rules, Casino reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prizes become unavailable.  In no event will Casino be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

52.  Promotion winnings may be subject to reporting and withholding pursuant to federal IRS regulations, and Participants are required to cooperate with Casino in completing necessary forms.

2. The offer period (“Offer Period”) is 12:00:00 a.m. PT on Friday, April 9, 2021 through 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, May 9, 2021. All times referred to in these Terms and Conditions are Pacific Time (“PT”).

3. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating in this Offer program.

4. To be eligible to receive this Offer, Participants must be:

6. 2021 Leaderboard Tier Credit Bonus

Sponsor has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Sponsor cannot guarantee that Participants will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting a Caesars-affiliated property could increase Participants’ risk of contracting COVID-19. By participating in this Promotion, each participant acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that Participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

 

1.     The 2021 Leaderboard promotional offer (“Promotion”) is open to Caesars Rewards members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of each Promotion Period (defined in #5 below).

Review Guidelines: Your honest feedback and/or opinion is required. A positive review or endorsement will not increase your chances of winning. You must include the hashtag #sweepstakesentry in your review. The entire review form must be completed. Reviews must not be indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, or libelous or contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights or contain material that is unlawful in any way. Your review must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the dining date. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it finds the review unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules, all in its sole discretion.

Sponsor will randomly select each potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or around the dates listed in Section 3. Non-winning entries will not be included in drawings for subsequent Entry Period. Each potential winner will be notified by email. Each potential Grand Prize winner will also be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (except where signing the Publicity Release is prohibited) (“Declaration”), which must be received by Sponsor, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s, Caesars’ and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the foregoing privacy policies.

10. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Taxes: Any valuation of the prizes stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor. The value of the prizes will be taxable to winner as income. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prizes not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Any resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who wins $600 or more in prizes will have income reported to them on IRS Form 1099, and a copy of said form will be sent to the IRS.

12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court sitting in Chicago, Illinois or the appropriate Illinois State Court located in Cook County, Illinois; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.

13. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, Caesars Rewards Dining Privacy Policy, and Caesar’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's and Caesar’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the foregoing privacy policies. OVERVIEW: The Promotion allows eligible Participants to earn digital Badges by various means to receive Tier Credits and digital Drawing Entries for a chance to win prizes in the Drawing, all described more fully below. NOTE: All Badges are delivered digitally to Participants Caesars Rewards account. All capitalized terms in this paragraph are defined below in the detailed description of the various parts of the Promotion.   

Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution: These Official Rules contain provisions that govern how claims you and we may have against each other are resolved (see Rule 62 below), including an agreement and obligation to arbitrate disputes, which will, subject to limited exceptions, require you to submit claims you have against us to binding arbitration, unless you opt-out in accordance with Rule 62(e). 

GENERAL RULES:

1.     To be eligible to enter this Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) must be:

a.     A verified Caesars Rewards® member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app) with an online Caesars Rewards account;

b.     A resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;

c.     At least 21 years of age with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor, and

d.     In possession of access to a computer or mobile device with internet access as of Thursday, July 1, 2021.

2.     Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.     The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

a.     Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor (as defined below) and officers, directors or employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;

b.     Employees or contractors of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;

c.     The spouse or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e.     Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request. 

4.     This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities if required.   

5.     Participants may be required to present their Caesars Rewards card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) to collect prize.

6.     Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

7.     Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor may change Promotion times due to unforeseen or exigent circumstances.

8.     Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion.  In such circumstances the Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent practical, and in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its discretion, to award prizes among eligible Participants whose participation was not affected by the problem.

9.     Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Official Rules or any Participant who engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process.

10.  Sponsor is not responsible for late, stolen, lost, postage due, or misdirected mail, or incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

11.  Any individual who is found to be deliberately tampering with the Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to  seek damages and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.  A copy of these Official Rules and any updates made thereto will be available at http://www.caesars.com/questforewards.

13.  These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nevada for resolution of any disputes relating to the Promotion and waive any objection thereto.

14.  Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/.

HOW TO ENTER:

15.  Preliminary Requirements. To enter the Promotion, Participants must first register through one (1) of three (3) ways outlined below. Participants will only need to register one (1) time.

a.     Registration Online. Participants can register through their online My Rewards account at https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/profile/signin/ beginning Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 12:00:01 a.m. PT.

b.     Promotional Kiosk Registration. Participants may also register at Promotional Kiosks available at select Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules to confirm if on-property Promotional Kiosk Registration is available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

i.     On-property Promotional Kiosk Registration may not appear on Participant’s My Rewards account for up to five (5) business days after registration. 

c.     Registration through the Caesars Rewards mobile app. Eligible Participants who (a) have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile app (“App”) and (b) have logged in to the App with their Caesars Rewards account will be sent a Registration Offer (“Offer”) via the App to accept registration into this Promotion.

i.     The App is available for download on smart phones and mobile devices on Google Play and the iTunes App store. Apple is not a sponsor nor is it affiliated with this Promotion. The App is free but subject to the listed terms and conditions described within the App. Use of the App requires a web-enabled device and therefore data rates may apply.

ii.     Registration through the Caesars Rewards mobile app may not appear on Participant’s My Rewards account for up to five (5) business days after registration. 

16.  How to Participate and Earn Badges and Drawing Entries. Once registered, all of Participant’s eligible Caesars Rewards spending and gaming activity from the start date of the Promotion Period will be included to calculate earning of Badges. See the “Badges and How to Earn Them” section to see what is included in the earning of Badges and exclusions.

17.  Participants that register after Thursday, July 1, 2021 will have their spending and gaming activity retro-actively tracked from the start date of the Promotion Period to award Badges and Drawing Entries.

18.  Participants will receive drawing entries (“Drawing Entries”), for the drawing (“Drawing”), for Badges earned from qualified gaming and hospitality spend and taking Caesars Rewards actions at Participating Properties. Participants will also receive Tier Credits and bonus Tier Credits (“Bonus Tier Credits”) for each Badge earned during the Promotion Period. See “Tier Credit Bonuses” section below for additional details.

19.  Participants can view their earned and unearned Badges by going online to their My Rewards account and logging in. Your My Rewards account will also display the total number of Drawing Entries you have received from earned Badges. Free Drawing Entries and Bonus Tier Credits will not display in your online My Rewards account. 

20.  A badge (“Badge”) is a visual token of achievement that is displayed within Participants My Rewards account online. Badges are earned by taking specific actions, described in these Official Rules, during the Promotion Period. 

21.  There is a total of sixty-eight (68) Badges that can be earned during the Promotion Period.

22.  Participants are prohibited from using multiple names, Caesars Rewards accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Badges and Drawing Entries hereunder or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the authorized account holder in its sole discretion. 

BADGES AND HOW TO EARN THEM:

23.  Caesars Rewards Badges. Participants can earn up to six (6) Caesars Rewards Badges for qualified actions taken either before or during the Promotion Period. The six (6) Caesars Rewards Badges and earning requirements are described below.

a. Caesarscasino.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the Caesarscasino.com website and have linked their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge. 

b. Caesars Rewards mobile app Badge – Participants who have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile application and logged in with their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

c. Caesars Rewards Visa® Badge – Current Caesars Rewards Visa Card holders and Participants who apply and are approved to receive a new Caesars Rewards Visa Card during the Promotion Period will receive this Badge.

d. E-Mail Badge – Participants who have provided a valid email address for their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

e. HarrahsCasino.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the HarrahsCasino.com website and have linked their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

f. WSOP.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the WSOP.com website and have linked their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

24.  Gaming Badges. Participants can earn up to five (5) Gaming Badges for cumulative qualified gaming activity taken during the Promotion Period at Participating Properties. These Badges are not specific to any one (1) Participating Property. The five (5) Gaming Badges and earning requirements are described below.

a. E-Tables Game Badge – Participants that earn at least one (1) Tier Credit on any E-Table Game will receive this Badge.

b. Slots Badge – Participants that earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on a slot machine will receive this Badge. 

             i. Live Keno and Video Keno are excluded from earning this Badge. 

c. Table Games Badge – Participants that earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on a Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, Pai Gow and Roulette table games will receive this Badge.

            i. Live Poker is excluded from earning this Badge. 

d. Video Poker Badge – Participants that earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on a Video Poker machine will receive this Badge. 

e. William Hill Sports Book – Participants that make a bet, in any amount, at any participating William Hill Sports Book will receive this Badge.

25.  Hospitality Badges. There are four (4) categories of Hospitality Badges that Participants can earn. These categories are: Food and Beverage Badges, Hotel Badges, Retail Badges and Spa Badges. Hospitality Badges can be earned by reaching or surpassing the required level of qualified spend at Participating Outlets at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. There is a total of twelve (12) Hospitality Badges that a Participant can earn.

26.  Hospitality Badges are earned for cumulative spend in each category listed below across all Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Once a Participants spend reaches a Badge threshold, any additional spend will counts towards the next Badge level for that category. For example, if a Participant spends $125.00 on food and beverage, they will receive the One-Star Food and Beverage Badge. If the Participant spends an additional $125.00 on food and beverage, for a total of $250.00, they would also receive the Two-Stars Food and Beverage Badge.

a. Food and Beverage Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified food and beverage spend.

i.     One-Star Food and Beverage Badge: Spend one-hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Food and Beverage Badge: Spend two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Food and Beverage Badge: Spend five-hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

1.     A valid Caesars Rewards card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the purchase to their hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Caesars Rewards card at the time of purchase, they will not receive credit towards the Food and Beverage Badges. 

2.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend at Food and Beverage Outlets. Only expenses that qualify for Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning in the Caesars Rewards program will qualify for food and beverage spending.

3.     Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Food and Beverage Outlets in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

4.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Food and Beverage Badge.

5.     Food and Beverages Badges cannot be earned at the following Participating Properties:

a.     Horseshoe Indiana Grand.

b.     Hotel Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified hotel spend at Participating Properties.

i.     One-Star Hotel Badge: Spend one-hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Hotel Badge: Spend two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Hotel Badge: Spend five-hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

1.     Only spending on a hotel room will count towards the earning of Hotel Badges. Food and beverage, entertainment, spa and other non-room spending charged back to room will not qualify. Taxes, tips, resort fees and/or other fees also do not count towards qualifying spending for Hotel Badges.

2.     Participants must check-in and check-out of a Participating Property’s hotel during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive Badges.

3.     Complimentary room nights and purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Hotel Badges.

4.     Room reservations made after the 22nd of each month may not appear on Participant’s account until the following month.

5.     Earning for Hotel Badges is not available at the following Participating Properties:

a.     Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs;

b.     Harrah’s Louisiana Downs;

c.     Harrah’s Northern California;

d.     Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack;

e.     Horseshoe Baltimore Casino;

f.       Horseshoe Council Bluffs Casino;

g.     Horseshoe Hammond; and

h.     Isle Casino Pompano.

c.     Spa Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified spa spend at Participating Properties.

i.     One-Star Spa Badge: Spend one-hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Spa Badge: Spend two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Spa Badge: Spend five-hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

1.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend at a Spa Outlet.

2.     Spa Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Spa Outlet in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

3.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Spa Badges.

d.     Retail Badges. Three are (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified retail spend at Participating Properties.

i.     One-Star Retail Badge: Spend one-hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Retail Badge: Spend two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Retail Badge: Spend five-hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

1.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend at a Retail Outlet.

2.     Retail Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Retail Outlet in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

3.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Retail Badges.

27.  Property Badges. Participants can earn one (1) Property Badge at each Participating Property by earning at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits through qualified gaming, hotel, food and beverage, spa, retail or Sports Book spend, at a single Participating Property, during the Promotion Period. A total of thirty-six (36) Property Badges can be earned during the Promotion Period.

28.  Empire Badges. There are three (3) categories of Empire Badges that a Participant can earn. These categories are: Epic Las Vegas Badges, Las Vegas Entertainment Badges and Passport to the Empire Badges. Empire Badges can be earned by reaching or surpassing the required level of qualified spend at participating outlets at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. There is a total of nine (9) Empire Badges that a Participant can earn.

a.     Epic Las Vegas Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified spend at Participating Properties located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

i.     One-Star Epic Las Vegas Badge: Visit one (1) to three (3) Las Vegas Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Epic Las Vegas Badge: Visit four (4) to six (6) Las Vegas Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Epic Las Vegas Badge: Visit seven (7) to nine (9) Las Vegas Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

b.  Las Vegas Entertainment Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified food and beverage, hotel, spa and retail spend at Participating Properties in Las Vegas, Nevada.

i.     One-Star Las Vegas Entertainment Badge: Spend one-hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Las Vegas Entertainment Badge: Spend two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Las Vegas Entertainment Badge: Spend five-hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

1.     Las Vegas Entertainment Badges are earned for combined spend across all Las Vegas, Nevada Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Once a Participants spend reaches a Badge threshold, any additional spend will  counts towards the next Badge level for that category. For example, if a Participant spends a combined $125.00 on food and beverage and retail, they will receive the One-Star Las Vegas Entertainment Badge. If the Participant spent an additional $125.00 on retail and spa, for a total of $250.00, they would then receive the Two-Stars Las Vegas Entertainment Badge.

2.     A valid Caesars Rewards card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the purchase to their hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Caesars Rewards card at the time of purchase, they will not receive credit towards these Badges. 

3.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend. Only expenses that qualify for Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning in the Caesars Rewards program will qualify for spending.

4.     Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Outlets in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

5.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of these Badges.

c.  Passport to the Empire Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified food and beverage, hotel, spa and retail spend at any Participating Property.

i.     One-Star Passport to the Empire Badge: Visit one (1) to twelve (12) Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

ii.     Two-Stars Passport to the Empire Badge: Visit thirteen (13) to twenty-four (24) Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

iii.     Three-Stars Passport to the Empire Badge: Visit twenty-five (25) to thirty-six (36) Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

1.     A valid Caesars Rewards card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the purchase to their hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Caesars Rewards card at the time of purchase, they will not receive credit towards these Badges. 

2.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend. Only expenses that qualify for Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning in the Caesars Rewards program will qualify for spending.

3.     Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Outlets in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

4.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of these Badges.

42.  Participants can also go online to www.CaesarsRewards.com/questforrewards to log in and receive up to two-hundred fifty-nine (259) free drawing entries (each, a “Free Drawing Entries”) during the Promotion Period. Free Drawing Entries will not appear as Badges in Participant’s online Caesars Rewards account. Free Drawing Entries do not count towards Tier Credit Bonuses.

48.  Potential Winners will be contacted via email or telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor beginning on or about Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture.

49.  Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, tax paperwork (if required), and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  Potential winners must return Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to provide Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours may result in prize forfeiture. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being awarded. For any prize with an approximate retail value of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater, Sponsor will, when required by law, furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for such value. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, local or other tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.  

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

50.  Potential prize winners will be contacted using the contact information in each potential winner’s Caesars Rewards account.  No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Any unawarded or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. 

51.  You are not a winner until you receive official notification from the Sponsor and/or the promotional agency administering the Promotion for the Sponsor.

52.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Caesars Rewards account (if applicable) or provided with the winning entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address.

53.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed in any category than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes remaining in that category at the time the excess claims are made will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Participants submitting valid claims for such prizes. Inclusion in such drawing is the sole remedy for any affected Participant(s).

55.  “Tier Credits” are credits received by a Caesars Rewards member that determine that member’s Tier level in the program. 59.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

60.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

62.  ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES

a.     Scope of Disputes & Remedies.  As a condition of entering this Promotion, each Participant agrees that: (1) Participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually by arbitration per Rule 62.b. below unless expressly excluded, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. For New Jersey residents, nothing herein bars recovery of attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages if mandated by statute.

b.     Agreement to Arbitrate.  Participants and Sponsor agree that all claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion (including the formation, performance and breach of the terms under these Official Rules), shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions.  The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Official Rules is void or voidable.  The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity.  The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and provide a statement of the essential findings and conclusions, shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

c.     Arbitration Procedure.  The JAMS rules governing the arbitration may be accessed at https://www.jamsadr.com/adr-rules-procedures.  If you initiate arbitration, to the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds Two Hundred and Fifty U.S. Dollars ($250.00), Sponsor will pay the additional cost.  If Sponsor is required to pay the additional cost of the filing fees, you should submit a request for payment of fees to JAMS along with your form for initiating the arbitration, and Sponsor will make arrangements to pay all necessary additional fees directly to JAMS.  Sponsor will also be responsible for paying all other arbitration costs arising in connection with the arbitration, other than costs incurred by you for legal counsel, travel and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses not constituting fees or amounts payable to JAMS.  You will not be required to pay fees and costs incurred by Sponsor if you do not prevail in arbitration. The parties understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial.  They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.

d.     Class Action Waiver.   You and Sponsor each further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you and Sponsor each expressly waive your respective right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.  If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

e.     Exceptions to Arbitration.  Notwithstanding the parties’ agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction; also, you have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of your enrollment in the Promotion, otherwise you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms of this Rule.  If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, Sponsor also will not be bound by them.

63.  Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. 8.     Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion.  In such circumstances the Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent practical, and in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its discretion, to award prizes among eligible participants whose participation was not affected by the problem.

9.     Sponsor may disqualify any participant for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. 10.  Sponsor is not responsible for late, stolen, lost, postage due, or misdirected mail, or incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

11.  Any individual who is found to be deliberately tampering with the Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to  seek damages and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.  These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nevada for resolution of any disputes relating to the Promotion and waive any objection thereto.

14.  Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at www.caesars.com/privacy.

15.  To be eligible for the Promotion, Participants must register by visiting the Caesars Rewards eCatlaog website (www.caesarsrewardsecatalog.com) during the Promotion Period. Participants will be asked to answer a trivia question and provide their First Name, Last Name and Caesars Rewards Number.

16.  The information entered by the Participant in the required fields (First Name, Last Name and Caesars Rewards Number) must match their Caesars Rewards account in order to receive the Bonus.  Caesars Rewards is not responsible for late entries or any incorrect information provided by the Participant for entries submitted.

18.  Participants will receive one (1) entry per week for each trivia question answered. Participants do not have to answer questions correctly in order to receive an entry.

19.  Registering multiple times per week will not increase Participant’s chances of winning.

20.  Maximum ten (10) entries.

21.  No late entries will be accepted.

22.  Participants are prohibited from using multiple names, Caesars Rewards® accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of entries hereunder or to seek to participate under more than one identity.  Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. 23.  On or about Monday, October 11, 2021, Sponsor will select potential winners at random from all eligible entries.  Potential winners will be selected by random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible entries.

24.  Five (5) total winners will be selected to choose one (1) prize each from a pre-selected list of available prizes at the Sponsor’s discretion:

27.  Potential Winners will be contacted via email or telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor beginning on or about Monday, October 11, 2021.  Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture.

28.  Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, tax paperwork (if required), and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  Potential winners must reply and return Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Notice to potential winner may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor information including, but not limited to, potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and/or mailing address, Caesars Rewards account number, and prize selection. Failure to provide completed Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours may result in prize forfeiture.

29.  If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor may, time permitting, select a new potential winner.

30.  Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Invalid or incorrect contact information may result in prize forfeiture.

31.  Potential winners who are residents of Canada are will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final.  Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.

32.  Once confirmed, winners will be announced on the Caesars Rewards Winners page, located at https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/winners.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

33.  Potential prize winners will be contacted using the contact information in each potential winner’s Caesars Rewards® account.  No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture.  Any unawarded or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

34.  You are not a winner until you receive official notification from the Sponsor and/or the promotional agency administering the Promotion for the Sponsor.

35.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of a participant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the email (if applicable) or provided with the winning entry.  "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address.

36.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed in any category than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes remaining in that category at the time the excess claims are made will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Participants submitting valid claims for such prizes.  Inclusion in such drawing is the sole remedy for any affected Participant(s).

37.  Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being awarded. For any prize with an approximate retail value of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater, Sponsor will, when required by law, furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for such value. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, local or other tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

38.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless the Game Administrator, and the Promotion Entities (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

39.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

40.  For a copy of these Official Rules or the name(s) of the winner(s) (available after Friday, October 29, 2021), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than Friday, December 31, 2021 to Caesars Entertainment, One Harrah’s Court, Las Vegas, NV 89119, Attn: Caesars Rewards (eCatalog Summer Trivia Sweepstakes).  Canadian residents may omit return postage.

41.  ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES:

a.     Scope of Disputes & Remedies.  As a condition of entering this Promotion, each participant agrees that: (1) participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually by arbitration per Rule 60b. below unless expressly excluded, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. For New Jersey residents, nothing herein bars recovery of attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages if mandated by statute.

b.     Agreement to Arbitrate.  Participants and Sponsor agree that all claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion (including the formation, performance and breach of the terms under these Official Rules), shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions.  The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Official Rules is void or voidable.  The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity.  The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and provide a statement of the essential findings and conclusions, shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

c.     Arbitration Procedure.  The JAMS rules governing the arbitration may be accessed at https://www.jamsadr.com/adr-rules-procedures.  If you initiate arbitration, to the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds Two Hundred and Fifty U.S. Dollars ($250.00), Sponsor will pay the additional cost.  If Sponsor is required to pay the additional cost of the filing fees, you should submit a request for payment of fees to JAMS along with your form for initiating the arbitration, and Sponsor will make arrangements to pay all necessary additional fees directly to JAMS.  Sponsor will also be responsible for paying all other arbitration costs arising in connection with the arbitration, other than costs incurred by you for legal counsel, travel and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses not constituting fees or amounts payable to JAMS.  You will not be required to pay fees and costs incurred by Sponsor if you do not prevail in arbitration. The parties understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial.  They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.

d.     Class Action Waiver.   You and Sponsor each further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you and Sponsor each expressly waive your respective right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.  If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

e.     Exceptions to Arbitration.  Notwithstanding the parties’ agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction; also, you have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of your enrollment in the Promotion, otherwise you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms of this Rule.  If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, Sponsor also will not be bound by them.

August 5X Tier Credit Multiplier

1. The August 5X Tier Credit Multiplier Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards® members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is 12:00 a.m. PT on Thursday, August 26, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Saturday, August 28, 2021.

3. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States participating in this Promotion.

4. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Participants must:

a. Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app);

b. Have a valid email address on file; and

c. Be registered to receive marketing communications no later than Monday, August 2, 2021.

5. Participants who have a valid email address will be sent an email on or about Monday, August 23, 2021 from which they must click the “REGISTER” button in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Alternatively, Participants may register at promotional kiosks available at select Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules to see which Participating Properties will have on-property registration available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

6. Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

7. After registering for the Promotion, Participants will receive a total of 5X Tier Credit Multiplier.

8. Participants will have their earned Tier Credits multiplied by 4 (4X). The original Tier Credit amount that the Participant earned (1X) will be added to the 4X multiplied Tier Credit amount, resulting in the full 5X Tier Credit Multiplier.

a. For Example, a Participant earns 2,000 Tier Credits. The 2,000 is multiplied by the 4X resulting in 8,000 Tier Credits. The 8,000 (4X) Tier Credits will be added to the original 2,000 Tier Credits that the Participant earned (1X), for a total bonus amount of 10,000 Tier Credits (5X).

9. Maximum total Tier Credit bonus amount per Participant’s account is 25,000 Tier Credits. For example, for a Participant to receive the highest maximum Tier Credit bonus, they would need to earn up to 5,000 Tier Credits (1X) during the Promotion Period. Participant would then receive an additional 20,000 (4X) Tier Credits as their bonus, for a total of 25,000 Tier Credits (5X).

10. The Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be added to Participant’s account no later than Thursday, September 30, 2021. Only the 4X Tier Credit bonus amount will be posted to Participants account. The 1X Tier Credits are included in the Tier Credits earned from qualified spend.

11. Participants will have their Tier Credits tracked for this Promotion using ratings from their Caesars Rewards card.

12. Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops and restaurants. For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or https://www.caesars.com/myrewards. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.

13. All credits received by Participant through this Promotion will be Tier Credits only.

14. Daily Tier Credit Bonuses, Promotional Tier Credit Bonuses and adjusted Tier Credits do not count towards earning for this Promotion.

15. Tier Credit Bonuses earned pursuant to this Promotion do not count toward Reward Credit balance, promotional Tier Credit earnings or qualify for a Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

16. If multiple Tier Credit Multipliers are occurring on the same day, Participants will receive the higher value Tier Credit Multiplier.

17. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Promotion void where prohibited by law.

18. Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.

19. Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino hotel by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.

20. Employees of Caesars and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their owned, operated or managed properties, including the Casinos (collectively, the “Caesars Parties”), and Immediate Family members of such employees are not eligible for the Promotion, unless approved in advance by Caesars. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.

21. Promotion is non-transferrable.

22. By accepting the Promotion, Participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.

23. Caesars and Casino are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.

24. Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Promotion as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.

25. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Promotion term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.

26. Where a situation arises, which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

27. Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and/or any affiliated entity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
