16.           HOW TO REDEEM:

            a.    This Offer can be redeemed at any Caesars Rewards Center at a Participating Property.

            b. Participants who present a valid player’s card from an eligible competitor’s loyalty program during the Offer Period will receive Diamond Tier status             upgrade valid through Friday, January 31, 2025. 12.  Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

13.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

14.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

15.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

16.  Prizes and entries are non-transferable.

17.  Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

18.  Need not be present to win.

19.  A link to these Official Rules and any updates thereto will be provided in the social media posts promoting this Promotion.

20.  The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

a.     Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies

b.     Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;

c.     The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e.     Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request.

21.  By entering the Promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities, Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”) and Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”) and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Promotion and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from your failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of your representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of your name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of your name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

22.  Apple is not a sponsor nor is it affiliated with this Promotion.

23.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable.  In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

24.  If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed.  No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

25.  Odds of winning dependent upon number of Drawing Entries received.

Entry:

27.  The Promotion consists of one (1) “Entry Period”. The Entry Period and winner selection date is listed below.

28.  Participants may enter using one (1) of two (2) entry methods:

a.     Twitter:  To enter on Twitter, send a Tweet of a photo of your favorite memory that took place at a Caesars Entertainment property over the past 25 years (since 1998) and include the hashtag #CaesarsRewards25 and @Caesars_Rewards in your Tweet.

b.     Instagram:  To enter on Instagram, post a photo of your favorite memory that took place at a Caesars Entertainment property over the past 25 years (since 1998) on your personal Instagram account with the hashtag #CaesarsRewards25.

29.  Photos that do not comply with these Official Rules will not be valid and will not be eligible to win the Promotion.

30.  Participants will receive a maximum of one (1) drawing entry (“Drawing Entry”) regardless of how many photos are submitted during the Entry Period timeframe listed above.

31.  By submitting your photo entry, you represent and warrant that you have (1) obtained written permission from each person whose name, image, likeness or voice (“Likeness”) is included in the entry; (2) that each person included in the entry meets the requirements of eligibility for this promotion (including being 21 years old or older or of legal gambling age under applicable law) (3) has granted you all necessary rights to use the person’s Likeness in the entry as described in these Official Rules; (4) that you can and will make copies of such permissions available to Sponsor upon request; and (5) that the photograph entry is solely your property and you grant the Promotion Entities a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual license to publicly use, display, reproduce and make derivative works of the entry, including use of your name and likeness (unless prohibited by law), in any manner, in whole or in part, including but not limited to advertising, publicity and promotion.

32.  Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entry that doesn’t comply with the Official Rules or is deemed inappropriate at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process.

33.  By posting a photo using the required hashtag above, each Participant consents to the posting of such content on Sponsor’s and its affiliates’ websites, mobile applications, social media accounts and other digital media without additional compensation.

34.  No entries will be accepted after 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday, June 30, 2023.

35.  All entries for the Promotion are in electronic format.

36.  Your use of Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter (the “Social Media Platforms”) to enter the Promotion is further subject to each Social Media Platform’s terms and conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of a Social Media Platform that may interfere with the Promotion (including any limitations, restrictions, or conditions on Sponsor’s ability to use any Social Media Platform for the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules) or ability of entrants to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor via any Social Media Platform, in which case, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with the Social Media Platforms.  The Social Media Platforms are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion and is not involved with the Promotion in any way.  You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to the Social Media Platforms.  Do not contact a Social Media Platform for any information about this Promotion.  Sponsor’s use of your personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/.  

Prizes and Winner Selection:

37.  After the Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) winner. The winner will be determined by a random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible Drawing Entries.  Limit one (1) prize per Participant per Promotion Period. The winner will receive a Caesars Rewards 25th Anniversary commemorative card and 25,000 Reward Credits which will be added to the Participant’s Caesars Rewards account. The Caesars Rewards 25th Anniversary commemorative card will be mailed to the address provided by the winner.

38.  Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Caesars Rewards program. Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

39.  A winner’s Reward Credit balance will expire if the winner fails to earn at least one (1) new Reward Credit every six (6) months. No Reward Credit reinstatements if the Reward Credits expire due to inactivity. Visit www.CaesarsRewards.com for more information.

40.  Only the Participant who submitted the winning entry will receive the prize.  In case of a dispute over the identity of the individual who submitted the winning entry, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion.  Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may deem that an entry was made by the authorized account holder of the primary email address associated with the Twitter or Instagram account used to enter. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to the email account by the company or organization responsible for assigning such accounts.

41.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

42.  Potential winner will be contacted via Instagram or Twitter message (depending on which social media account was used to enter), and once winner is confirmed, will be announced on the Caesars Rewards Winners page, located at https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/winners.

43.  Potential winner(s) who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final.  Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.

44.  You are not a winner until you receive official notification from the Sponsor and/or the promotional agency administering the Promotion for the Sponsor.

45.  Potential winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Notice to potential winner may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address.

46.  If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will, time permitting, select a new potential winner.

OVERVIEW: The Promotion allows eligible Participants to earn digital Badges by various means to receive Tier Credits and digital Drawing Entries for a chance to win prizes in the Drawing, all described more fully below. NOTE: All Badges are delivered digitally to Participants Caesars Rewards account. All capitalized terms in this paragraph are defined below in the detailed description of the various parts of the Promotion.   

Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution: These Official Rules contain provisions that govern how claims you and we may have against each other are resolved (see Rule 62 below), including an agreement and obligation to arbitrate disputes, which will, subject to limited exceptions, require you to submit claims you have against us to binding arbitration, unless you opt-out in accordance with Rule 62(e). 

GENERAL RULES:

1.     To be eligible to enter this Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) must be:

2.     Participating Property’s Promotion Period start time and end time are as follows:

    c.      The spouse or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

    d.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

    e.     Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request. 

5.     This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities if required.   

6.     Participants may be required to present their Caesars Rewards card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) to collect prize.

7.     Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

8.     Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor may change Promotion times due to unforeseen or exigent circumstances.

9.     Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion.  In such circumstances the Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent practical, and in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its discretion, to award prizes among eligible Participants whose participation was not affected by the problem.

10.  Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Official Rules or any Participant who engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process.

11.  Sponsor is not responsible for late, stolen, lost, postage due, or misdirected mail, or incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

12.  Any individual who is found to be deliberately tampering with the Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to  seek damages and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.  A copy of these Official Rules and any updates made thereto will be available at http://www.caesars.com/questforrewards.

14.  These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nevada for resolution of any disputes relating to the Promotion and waive any objection thereto.

15.  Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/.

HOW TO ENTER:

16.  Preliminary Requirements. To enter the Promotion, Participants must first register through one (1) of three (3) ways outlined below. Participants will only need to register one (1) time.

        a.     Registration Online. Participants can register through their online My Rewards account at https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/profile/signin/ beginning Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. PT.

        b.     Promotional Kiosk Registration. Participants may also register at Promotional Kiosks available at select Participating Properties. See the list of Participating Properties at the end of these Official Rules to confirm if on-property Promotional Kiosk Registration is available. You can also request a list of Participating Properties with on-property registration at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

                  i.     On-property Promotional Kiosk Registration may not appear on Participant’s My Rewards account for up to five (5) business days after  registration. 

        c.      Registration through the Caesars Rewards Mobile App. Eligible Participants who (a) have downloaded the Caesars Rewards  mobile app (“App”) and (b) have logged in to the App with their Caesars Rewards account will be sent a Registration Offer (“Offer”) via the App to accept registration into this Promotion.

                    i.     The App is available for download on smart phones and mobile devices on Google Play and the iTunes App store. Apple is not a sponsor nor is it affiliated with this Promotion. The App is free but subject to the listed terms and conditions described within the App. Use of the App requires a web  enabled device and therefore data rates may apply.

                   ii.     Registration through the Caesars Rewards mobile app may not appear on Participant’s My Rewards account for up to five (5) business days after registration. 

17.  How to Participate and Earn Badges and Drawing Entries. Once registered, all of Participant’s eligible Caesars Rewards spending and gaming activity from the start date of the Promotion Period will be included to calculate earning of Badges. See the “Badges and How to Earn Them” section to see what is included in the earning of Badges and exclusions.

18.  Participants that register after Saturday, July 1, 2023 will have their spending and gaming activity retro-actively tracked from the start date of the Promotion Period to award Badges and Drawing Entries.

19.  Participants will receive drawing entries (“Drawing Entries”), for the drawing (“Drawing”), for Badges earned from qualified gaming and hospitality spend and taking Caesars Rewards actions at Participating Properties. Participants will also receive Tier Credits  and bonus Tier Credits (“Bonus Tier Credits”) for each Badge earned during the Promotion Period. See “Tier Credit Bonuses” section below for additional details.

20.  Participants can view their earned and unearned Badges by going online to their My Rewards account and logging in. Your My Rewards account will also display the total number of Drawing Entries you have received from earned Badges. Free Drawing Entries and Bonus Tier Credits will not display in your online My Rewards account. 

21.  A badge (“Badge”) is a visual token of achievement that is displayed within Participants My Rewards account online. Badges are earned by taking specific actions, described in these Official Rules, during the Promotion Period. 

22.  There is a total of eighty-one (81) Badges that can be earned during the Promotion Period.

23.  Participants are prohibited from using multiple names, Caesars Rewards accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Badges and Drawing Entries hereunder or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the authorized account holder in its sole discretion. 

BADGES AND HOW TO EARN THEM:

24.  Caesars Rewards Badges. Participants can earn up to eight (8) Caesars Rewards Badges for qualified actions taken either before or during the Promotion Period. The eight (8) Caesars Rewards Badges and earning requirements are described below.

        a.     Tropicanacasino.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the Tropicanacasino.com website and have linked their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge. 

        b.     Caesars Rewards Mobile App Badge – Participants who have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile application and logged in with their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

        c.      Caesars Rewards Visa® Badge – Current Caesars Rewards Visa Card holders and Participants who apply and are approved to receive a new Caesars Rewards Visa Card during the Promotion Period will receive this Badge.

        d.     E-Mail Badge – Participants who have provided a valid email address for their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

        e.     HarrahsCasino.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the HarrahsCasino.com website and have  linked their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

        f.       WSOP.com Badge – Participants who have created an online account on the WSOP.com website and have linked their Caesars Rewards account will receive this Badge.

        g.     Caesars Sportsbook Mobile App Badge – Participants who have downloaded or already have the Caesars Sportsbook  mobile application and have linked their Caesars Rewards account and deposit fifty dollars ($50.00) will receive this  Badge.

        h.     i-Casino Badge - Participants who have downloaded or already have the i-Casino mobile application and have linked their Caesars Rewards account.

25.  Gaming Badges. Participants can earn up to five (5) Gaming Badges for cumulative qualified gaming activity taken during the Promotion Period at Participating Properties. These Badges are not specific to any one (1) Participating Property. The five (5) Gaming Badges and earning requirements are described below.

        a.     E-Tables Game Badge – Participants that earn at least one (1) Tier Credit on any E-Table Game will receive this Badge.

        b.     Slots Badge – Participants that earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on a slot machine will receive this Badge. 

                 i.         Live Keno and Video Keno are excluded from earning this Badge. 

        c.      Table Games Badge – Participants that earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on a Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, Pai Gow and Roulette table games will receive this Badge.

                  i.         Live Poker is excluded from earning this Badge. 

        d.     Video Poker Badge – Participants that earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits on a Video Poker machine will receive this Badge. 

        e.     Caesars Sportsbook – Participants that make a bet, in any amount, at any participating Caesars Sportsbook will receive this Badge.

25.   Hospitality Badges. There are four (4) categories of Hospitality Badges that Participants can earn. These categories are: Food and Beverage Badges, Hotel Badges, Retail Badges and Spa Badges. Hospitality Badges can be earned by reaching or surpassing the required level of qualified spend at Participating Outlets at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. There is a total of twelve (12) Hospitality Badges that a Participant can earn.

26.   Hospitality Badges are earned for cumulative spend in each category listed below across all Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Once a Participants spend reaches a Badge threshold, any additional spend will counts towards the next Badge level for that category. For example, if a Participant spends $125.00 on food and beverage, they will receive the One-Star Food and Beverage Badge. If the Participant spends an additional $125.00 on food and beverage, for a total of $250.00, they would also receive the Two-Stars Food and Beverage Badge.

a.     Food and Beverage Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified food and beverage spend.

                  i.         One-Star Food and Beverage Badge: Spend one hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

                 ii.         Two-Stars Food and Beverage Badge: Spend two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

                iii.         Three-Stars Food and Beverage Badge: Spend five hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

                    1.     A valid Caesars Rewards card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the  purchase to their hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Caesars Rewards card at the time of purchase, they will not receive credit towards the Food and Beverage Badges. 

                    2.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend at Food and Beverage Outlets. Only expenses that qualify for Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning in the Caesars Rewards program will qualify for food and beverage spending.

                    3.     Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Food and Beverage Outlets in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet  is participating.

                    4.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Food and Beverage Badge.

                    5.     Food and Beverages Badges cannot be earned at the following Participating Properties:

                    a.     Horseshoe Indianapolis.

b.     Hotel Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified hotel spend at Participating Properties.

                    i.     One-Star Hotel Badge: Spend one hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

                       iii.     Three-Stars Spa Badge: Spend five hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

d.     Retail Badges. Three are (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified retail spend at Participating Properties.

                       i.     One-Star Retail Badge: Spend one hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

                      ii.     Two-Stars Retail Badge: Spend two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

                    iii.     Three-Stars Retail Badge: Spend five hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

                            1.     Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend at a Retail Outlet.

                            2.     Retail Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Retail Outlet in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

                            3.     Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of Retail Badges.

27.  Property Badges. Participants can earn one (1) Property Badge at each Participating Property by earning at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits through qualified gaming, hotel, food and beverage, spa, retail or Sports Book spend, at a single Participating Property, during the Promotion Period. A total of forty-seven (47) Property Badges can be earned during the Promotion Period.* For earning a Property Badge at The Row (Circus Circus, Eldorado Resort Casino, Silver Legacy Resort Casino), participants can visit one of the locations.

28.  Empire Badges. There are three (3) categories of Empire Badges that a Participant can earn. These categories are: Epic Las Vegas Badges, Las Vegas Entertainment Badges and Passport to the Empire Badges. Empire Badges can be earned by reaching or surpassing the required level of qualified spend at participating outlets at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. There is a total of nine (9) Empire Badges that a Participant can earn.

    a.     Epic Las Vegas Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified spend at Participating Properties located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

                     i.     One-Star Epic Las Vegas Badge: Visit one (1) to three (3) Las Vegas Participating Properties and earn at least

                             twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

                   ii.     Two-Stars Epic Las Vegas Badge: Visit four (4) to six (6) Las Vegas Participating Properties and earn at least

                             twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

                  iii.     Three-Stars Epic Las Vegas Badge: Visit seven (7) to nine (9) Las Vegas Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this Badge.

    b.    Las Vegas Entertainment Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified food and beverage, hotel, spa and retail spend at Participating Properties in Las Vegas, Nevada.

                    i.    One-Star Las Vegas Entertainment Badge: Spend one hundred dollars ($100.00) and receive this Badge.

                     ii.    Two-Stars Las Vegas Entertainment Badge: Spend two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and receive this Badge.

                    iii.    Three-Stars Las Vegas Entertainment Badge: Spend five hundred dollars ($500.00) and receive this Badge.

                            1.    Las Vegas Entertainment Badges are earned for combined spend across all Las Vegas, Nevada Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Once a Participants  spend reaches a Badge threshold, any additional spend will counts towards the next Badge level for that category. For example, if a Participant spends a combined $125.00  on food and beverage and retail, they will receive the One-Star Las Vegas Entertainment Badge. If the Participant spent an additional $125.00 on retail and spa, for a total of  $250.00, they would then receive the Two-Stars Las Vegas Entertainment Badge.

                            2.    A valid Caesars Rewards card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the purchase to their hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Caesars Rewards card at the time of  purchase, they will not receive credit towards  these Badges. 

                            3.    Taxes, tips, and/or fees do not count towards qualifying spend. Only expenses that qualify for Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning in the Caesars Rewards program will  qualify for spending.

                            4.    Outlets that are located at a Participating Property but are owned or operated by a third party may not be participating Outlets in this Promotion. Prior to making a purchase at an outlet, confirm that the outlet is participating.

                            5.    Purchases made with Reward Credits will not count towards earning of these Badges.

c.  Passport to the Empire Badges. Three (3) levels can be earned for these Badges through qualified food and beverage, hotel, spa and retail spend at any Participating Property.

                  i.       One-Star Passport to the Empire Badge: Visit one (1) to seventeen (17) Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive this  Badge.

                 ii.       Two-Stars Passport to the Empire Badge: Visit eighteen (18) to thirty-five (35) Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to receive  this Badge.

                iii.       Three-Stars Passport to the Empire Badge: Visit thirty-six (36) to forty-seven (47) Participating Properties and earn at least twenty-five (25) Tier Credits at each Property to  receive this Badge.

                        1.    A valid Caesars Rewards card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive credit for the purchase during the Promotion Period, even if Participant is charging the purchase to their hotel room. If a Participant does not present their Caesars Rewards card at the time of purchase, they will not receive credit towards these Badges.

TIER CREDIT:

29.  Participants will receive Tier Credit’s for earning the following Badges:

30.  Tier Credits received from earned Badges will be added to Participant’s Tier Score for 2023 within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a Badge.

31.  Maximum Tier Credits received from earning Badges is five thousand seven hundred  (5,700). 

TIER CREDIT BONUS

32.  Participants can also receive bonus Tier Credits (“Bonus Tier Credits”) when they earn all available Badges in any given Badge category listed above. Bonus Tier Credits will be awarded as follows:

33.  Bonus Tier Credits will be added to Participant’s Tier Score for 2023 no later than Thursday, October 5, 2023.

34.  Maximum Bonus Tier Credit’s received from earning all Badges is two thousand four hundred (2,400).

35.  Total maximum Tier Credit amount a Participant can receive from earned Badges and Bonus Tier Credits is eight thousand and one hundred (8,100).

36.  Free Drawing Entries obtained by a Participant in the Promotion do not count towards Tier Credits or Bonus Tier Credits.

37.  Tier Credits and Bonus Tier Credits received from earned Badges do not count towards Reward Credit balance or promotional Tier Credit earnings and do not qualify for any daily Tier Credit Bonuses.

DRAWING ENTRIES:

38.  Participants will receive earned Drawing Entries (each “Earned Drawing Entries”) for earning the following Badges:

39.  Maximum number of Earned Drawing Entries that a Participant can receive is one hundred seventy-four (174).

DRAWING ENTRIES BONUS:

40.  Participants can also receive bonus Drawing Entries (“Bonus Drawing Entries”) when they earn all available Badges in any given Badge category listed above. Bonus Drawing Entries will be awarded as follows:

41.  Maximum number of Bonus Drawing Entries that a Participant can receive is one hundred (100).

42.  Participants can also go online to www.CaesarsRewards.com/questforrewards to log in and receive drawing entries during the Promotion Period. FreeDrawing Entries will not appear as Badges in Participant’s online Caesars Rewards account. Free Drawing Entries do not count towards Tier Credit Bonuses.

43.  At the end of the Promotion Period, Free Drawing Entries, Earned Drawing Entries and Bonus Drawing Entries will be combined to determine the total number of Drawing Entries received.  Maximum of two-hundred seventy- four (274) total Drawing Entries, regardless of entry method.  

44.  No late entries will be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:

45.  No later than 1:00:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, October 5, 2023 Sponsor will select sixty (60) potential winners at random from all eligible Drawing Entries. Potential winners will be selected by random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible Drawing Entries. Prizes are described below:

46.  Estimated total value of all prizes is sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00). Odds of winning a prize, from the Drawing, is dependent upon number of Drawing Entries received.

47.  Participants may not win more than one (1) prize.

48.  Potential Winners will be contacted via email or telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor beginning on or about Thursday, October 5, 2023. Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture.

49.  Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, tax paperwork (if required), and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  Potential winners must return Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to provide Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours may result in prize forfeiture. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being awarded. For any prize with an approximate retail value of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater, Sponsor will, when required by law, furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for such value. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, local or other tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.  

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

50.  Potential prize winners will be contacted using the contact information in each potential winner’s Caesars Rewards account.  No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Any unawarded or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. 

51.  You are not a winner until you receive official notification from the Sponsor and/or the promotional agency administering the Promotion for the Sponsor.

52.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Caesars Rewards account (if applicable) or provided with the winning entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address.

53.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed in any category than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes remaining in that category at the time the excess claims are made will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Participants submitting valid claims for such prizes. Inclusion in such drawing is the sole remedy for any affected Participant(s). 

54.  Tier Credit Bonuses and Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to Tier Credits and Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Caesars Rewards rules and regulations available at www.CaesarsRewards.com/rules.

55.  “Tier Credits” are credits received by a Caesars Rewards member that determine that member’s Tier level in the program. See https://www.caesars.com/total-rewards/earn-and-redeem for more information on earning Tier Credits at Participating Properties and Caesars Rewards Tier levels. Tier Credits have no retail value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for any products or services.

57.  Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Caesars Rewards program. Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

58.  A winner’s Reward Credit balance will expire if the winner fails to earn at least one (1) new Reward Credit every six (6) months. No Reward Credit reinstatements if the Reward Credits expire due to inactivity. Visit www.CaesarsRewards.com for more information.

59.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

60.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

61.  For a copy of these Official Rules or the name(s) of the winner(s) (available after Monday, October 02, 2023), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than Tuesday, October 31, 2023 to Caesars Entertainment, One Harrah’s Court, Las Vegas, NV 89119, Attn: Caesars Rewards (Quest for Rewards Promotion).

62.  ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES: 

a.     Scope of Disputes & Remedies.  As a condition of entering this Promotion, each Participant agrees that: (1) Participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually by arbitration per Rule 64.b. below unless expressly excluded, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. For New Jersey residents, nothing herein bars recovery of attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages if mandated by statute.

b.     Agreement to Arbitrate.  Participants and Sponsor agree that all claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion (including the formation, performance and breach of the terms under these Official Rules), shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions.  The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Official Rules is void or voidable.  The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity.  The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and provide a statement of the essential findings and conclusions, shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

c.      Arbitration Procedure.  The JAMS rules governing the arbitration may be accessed at https://www.jamsadr.com/adr-rules-procedures.  If you initiate arbitration, to the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds two hundred fifty U.S. Dollars ($250.00), Sponsor will pay the additional cost.  If Sponsor is required to pay the additional cost of the filing fees, you should submit a request for payment of fees to JAMS along with your form for initiating the arbitration, and Sponsor will make arrangements to pay all necessary additional fees directly to JAMS.  Sponsor will also be responsible for paying all other arbitration costs arising in connection with the arbitration, other than costs incurred by you for legal counsel, travel and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses not constituting fees or amounts payable to JAMS.  You will not be required to pay fees and costs incurred by Sponsor if you do not prevail in arbitration. The parties understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial.  They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.

d.     Class Action Waiver.   You and Sponsor each further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you and Sponsor each expressly waive your respective right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.  If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

e.     Exceptions to Arbitration.  Notwithstanding the parties’ agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction; also, you have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of your enrollment in the Promotion, otherwise you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms of this Rule.  If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, Sponsor also will not be bound by them.

63.  In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Manager, file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.

64.  Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. A property listed below shall cease to be a Participating Property if it is no longer owned, controlled or managed by a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation or its successor.  You can request a current list of all Participating Properties at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

65.  Sponsor has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Sponsor cannot guarantee that Participants will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting a Caesars-affiliated property could increase Participants’ risk of contracting COVID-19. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that Participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

NO PURCHASE OR PLAY NECESSARY TO ENTER. Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins on Sunday, September 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on Tuesday, September 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Time (“PT”). As used herein, “Sponsor” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109. “Promotion Entities” means Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies. The “Caesars Rewards mobile app: “Caesars Rewards Live Events Win Your Way Football Sweepstakes” shall be referred to as “Promotion” throughout these Official Rules. Promotion is sponsored by Sponsor. Vivid Seats, LLC (including its affiliates) (“Vivid Seats”) is not a sponsor or administrator of this Promotion. The NFL and the Las Vegas Raiders are not a sponsor or affiliated with this Promotion. Purchases made via Caesars Rewards Live Events are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

General Rules:

1.     To be eligible to enter this Promotion, participants (“Participants”) must be:

a.     A Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at www.caesarsrewards.com or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app);

b.     A resident of the United States

c.     At least 21 years of age

d.     Purchases made on Caesars Rewards Live Events subject to applicable taxes and fees

2.     This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities. Residents of certain states or other jurisdictions may be excluded from participation until Sponsor has received applicable regulatory approval.

3.     All entries are subject to review and verification.

4.     Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor and Vivid Seats the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent. This requirement shall be void where prohibited by law.

5.     Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.

6.     Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor reserves the right to change Promotion times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

7.     All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Sponsor whose decisions are final.

8.     Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded. Notice of any such modification is sufficient if posted on the Caesars Rewards website located at https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions

9.     Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

10.  Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

11.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

12.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 

13.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

14.  Prizes and entries are non-transferable.

15.  Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

16.  Entries shall become the property of Sponsor, where applicable, and will not be returned.

17.  Need not be present to win.

18.  A copy of these Official Rules and any changes will be available on the Caesars Rewards page https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions throughout the duration of this Promotion.

19.  The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

a.     Employees of Vivid Seats. and its affiliates and the Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;

b.     Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;

c.     The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e.     Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request.

20.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of such Participant and on behalf of such Participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Vivid Seats, Sponsor and its affiliates and Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and social media accounts and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

21.  Participants irrevocably waive all claims against Released Parties and its affiliates and agree that Released Parties and its affiliates will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the prizes awarded.

22.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable.  In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

23.  Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at www.caesars.com/privacy

Registration:

24.  Preliminary Requirements. To enter the Promotion, Participants must first register through one (1) of two (2) ways, outlined below. Participants will only need to register one (1) time.

a.       Registration through the Caesars Rewards mobile app. Eligible Participants who (a) have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile app (“App”) and (b) have logged in to the App with their Caesars Rewards account will be sent daily Offers (“Offers”) via the App to accept entry into this Promotion.

                             i.     The App is available for download on smart phones and mobile devices on Google Play and the iTunes App store. Apple and Google Play are not sponsors nor are they affiliated with this Promotion. The App is free but subject to the listed terms and conditions described within the App. Use of the App requires a web-enabled device and therefore data rates may apply.

b.     Online Registration. Eligible Participants may also go online to www.caesars.com/mobilepromos to register by completing the fields in the online form.  

Entry:

25.  Free Method of Entry: Once registered, Participants can obtain drawing entries (“Drawing Entries”) by any of the two (2) methods outlined below: 

a.     Drawing Entries through the App. Participants will be sent daily Offers via the App. Participant must click “Accept Offer” to receive one (1) Drawing Entry for that day.

b.     Drawing Entries through Online Form. Participants can enter online by visiting www.caesars.com/mobilepromos, and completing the required fields to receive one (1) Drawing Entry each day. 

26.  Earned Entry: Participants may also earn Drawing Entries for purchases made via Caesars Rewards Live Events (See #28, a) for details).

a.     For every fifty dollars ($50.00) purchase on Caesars Rewards Live Events, Participant will receive five (5) Drawing Entries.

27.  The maximum number of Drawing Entries per a Participant during the Promotion Period is thirty (30), regardless of entry method.

28.  All Drawing entries are electronic.

29.  Additionally, Participants who have downloaded the App as a new user and have registered for this Promotion through a daily Offer will receive a one (1) time one hundred (100) Tier Credit Bonus.

30.  Bonus Tier Credits for new App downloads will be applied to Participant’s account no later than Friday, September 30, 2023.

31.  Participants are not permitted to have multiple Caesars Rewards accounts. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Caesars Rewards accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant's Drawing Entries and that Participant may be disqualified.

32.  All Tier Credit Bonuses awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be applied towards Participant’s 2023 Tier Status.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

No late entries will be accepted.

Winner Selection and Prize:

33.  Potential winning Drawing Entries will be selected by a random selection process (through reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible entries.

34.  On or about Tuesday, October 3, 2023, one (1) winner will be selected to win 2 tickets to a Las Vegas Professional Football game or choice of an alternative game during the 2023 regular season. Must use by January 7, 2024. Selection of dates for tickets to are subject to availability, and event dates subject to change.  Exclusions and blackout dates may apply.

35.  Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

36.  Caesars Rewards Live Events will purchase the preferred game tickets on winner’s behalf and transfer them to the winner.

37.   If the winner does not wish to accept Vivid Seats offer to purchase tickets on their behalf, Vivid Seats will issue a credit / gift card for use on vividseats.com in the amount of the prize value.

38.  Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole discretion of event presenter. Tickets may be subject to event presenter’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided on the ticket and to comply with any requirements relating to behavior at the event venue.  Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event.

39.  All transportation, lodging, meals, and other costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

40.  Only the Participant who submitted the winning entry will receive the prize. In case of a dispute over the identity of the individual who made a winning entry, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may deem that an entry was made by the authorized account holder of the primary email address associated with the email account used to enter. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to the email account by the company or organization responsible for assigning such accounts.

41.  Potential winner will be contacted via email, telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor. Invalid or incorrect contact Caesars Rewards account information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) will result in prize forfeiture. 

42.  Potential winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Notice to potential winner may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address. Failure to reply or provide requested information within 48 hours will result in prize forfeiture.

43.  Promotion winnings may be subject to reporting and withholding pursuant to federal IRS regulations, and participants are required to cooperate with Sponsor in completing necessary forms.

44.  Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release. Tier Credit Bonuses and Reward Credit prizes are subject to all terms and conditions applicable to the Tier Credit and Reward Credits, including, without limitation, the Caesars Rewards rules and regulations available at www.CaesarsRewards.com/rules.

45.  Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Caesars Rewards program.  All estimated Reward Credit values stated in these Official Rules are estimated redemption values.  Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

46.  If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes is awarded will be void.

47.  If a potential winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will, time permitting, select a new potential winner. Only one (1) alternate potential winner will be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

48.  All prizes claimed will be awarded. Promotion Entities, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke any Drawing Entry or award of any prize based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this Promotion, Participants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Promotion Entities and their respective advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

1.     The Caesars Rewards® 25th Anniversary Drawing Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards® members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.     The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is Monday, April 3, 2023, through Sunday, April 9, 2022.

3.     The Promotion Period start and end time will vary by participating property. Please see below for each property’s Promotion Period, all times referenced are local.

7.  Participants visiting Harrah's Joliet will only be able to opt in via website or Caesars Rewards® mobile app.

8.  Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.

9.  Each participant shall receive five (5) entries upon registration, on each day between April 3 and 9, 2023.

10.  Each participant shall receive one (1) additional entry upon earning twenty-five (25) Tier Credits.

11.  Maximum entries for the Promotion Period shall be thirty-five (35).

12.  Participants may earn additional entries from gaming only from below listed Participating Properties, and Caesars Digital (Caesars Sportsbook App & i-Casino).

28.  Where a situation arises, which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

29.  Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and/or any affiliated entity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

30.  In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Manager, file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.

31.  Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. A property listed below shall cease to be a Participating Property if it is no longer owned, controlled or managed by a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation or its successor.

32.  Caesars Entertainment has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID- and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Caesars Palace cannot guarantee that participants will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting a Caesars-affiliated property could increase participants’ risk of contracting COVID-19. By participating in this promotion, each participant acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

NO PURCHASE OR PLAY NECESSARY TO ENTER.  Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. PT and ends on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT.  All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Time (“PT”).  As used herein, “Sponsor” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109.  “Promotion Entities” means Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies. 10. Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

11. Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

12. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

24. Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

PROMOTION REGISTRATION AND ENTRY:

25.  All eligible Participants who complete a survey that the panel invites them to, will receive one (1) drawing entry (“Drawing Entry”) into this Promotion; and earn associated Reward Credits® per the standard Say & Play program starting from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023 through 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023.

26.  Maximum of one (1) Drawing Entry per Caesars Rewards member, regardless of number of surveys completed or online submissions sent.

27.  Participants must have correct Caesars Rewards number entered in Say & Play profile to receive a Drawing Entry.

29.  Participants are not permitted to have multiple Caesars Rewards accounts. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:

37.  Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner on or about Wednesday, July 12, 2023, by random selection process (through any reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor), from all eligible Drawing Entries, to award One (1) winner shall receive Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (250,000) Reward Credits.

38. Reward Credits shall be posted to winner’s account within Fourteen (14) business days.

39.  Approximate retail value of all prizes awarded is Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).

40. Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Caesars Rewards program.  All estimated Reward Credit values stated in these Official Rules are estimated redemption values.  Actual redemption value will vary depending on the type of product or service, the outlet location and other factors.

41. 44. Potential winner(s) who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final.  Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.

45. Potential prize winners will be contacted via email, telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor to notify potential winner of prize.  Invalid or incorrect contact Caesars Rewards account information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) will result in prize forfeiture. 

46. Winner notification to potential winner’s may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address

47. Potential winner must reply within Forty-Eight (48) hours of being contacted to claim their prize for forfeit prize.

48. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release.

49. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

50. The “Peyton and Eli’s Caesars Rewards Super Bowl Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC (“CES”), located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109, American Wagering, Inc. (“Caesars Sportsbook”), and the participating properties identified below under “Participating Properties” (each, a “Participating Property” and collectively with CES and Caesars Sportsbook, the “Sponsor”). The promotion period (the “Promotion Period”) begins Friday, October 20, 2023 and ends Sunday, December 31, 2023  All times referred to throughout these Official Rules are Local Time. “Promotion Entities” means Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.

1.      To be eligible to enter this Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) must be:

3.      The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

e.      Individuals who are excluded from entering or gaming at any Participating Property’s facilities, including through a government program, at Participation Property’s discretion, or by their own request. 

4.      This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities if required.   

5.      Participants may be required to present their Caesars Rewards card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) to collect prize.

6.      Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

7.      Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor may change Promotion times due to unforeseen or exigent circumstances.

8.      Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion. In such circumstances the Sponsor will endeavor, to the extent practical, and in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its discretion, to award prizes among eligible Participants whose participation was not affected by the problem.

9.      Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Official Rules or any Participant who engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process.

10.   Sponsor is not responsible for late, stolen, lost, postage due, or misdirected mail, or incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

11.   Any individual who is found to be deliberately tampering with the Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.   These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nevada for resolution of any disputes relating to the Promotion and waive any objection thereto.

14.   Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://www.caesars.com/privacy/.

HOW TO ENTER:

15.   Registration: There are two ways to register for this promotion.

a.      Caesars Rewards members who have a valid email address on file and have opted in to receive marketing communications will be sent an email on or about Friday, October 13, 2023, from which they must click the “REGISTER NOW” button in order to be eligible to participate. After a member (“Participant”) has registered for this Promotion, their spend will be tracked and they can begin earning digital Drawing Entries.    

b.      Alternatively, Participants may register online by visiting the Promotion website at www.caesars.com/SuperbowlLVIII and completing the online registration form.

16.   A Participant’s activities will not be tracked until they are registered for the Promotion. Participants qualified spend must be tracked in order to earn digital Drawing Entries.

17.   Entries: The maximum number of drawing entries is seventy-two (72) regardless of entry method. Participants may obtain entries as follows:

a.      Earned Drawing Entries. Participants will receive one (1) digital Drawing Entry (“Drawing Entry”) for every twenty-five (25) Tier Credits earned through eligible spending, i-Casino, Caesars Sportsbook and gaming at Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. Tier Credits are credits received by a Caesars Rewards member that determine that member’s Tier level in the program.  See https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/earn-and-redeem for more information on earning Tier Credits at Participating Properties and Caesars Rewards Tier levels. The information provided by Participant must exactly match the information in Participant’s Caesars Rewards account. Caesars Rewards Local account holders must use the information from their main Caesars Rewards account to receive free Drawing Entries.

18.   Earned and free Drawing Entries are non-transferable.

19.   Participants are prohibited from using multiple names, Caesars Rewards accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Drawing Entries hereunder or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. 22.   Estimated total value of all prize packages is One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand dollars ($135,000.00). 

23.   Participants may not win more than one (1) prize.

24.   Odds of winning a prize dependent upon number of Drawing Entries received.

25.   Prize may not be substituted or exchanged for Reward Credits®, Tier Credits, cash or free play, unless explicitly stated above.

26.   Potential prize winners will be contacted using the contact information in each potential winner’s Caesars Rewards account. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Invalid or incorrect contact information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) may result in prize forfeiture. Winners will have 48 hours to confirm their Prize win.

27.   Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, tax paperwork (if required), and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Potential winners must return Prize Claim Documents within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

29.   Prize packages must be reserved through booking channel provided by Sponsor in order to receive prize package credit.

30.   Winners will have the option to take the corresponding Reward Credit prize option in lieu of the prize package listed above, unless otherwise stated.

31.   Event dates for all prizes are subject to change. Exclusions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for ticket prize. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to event organizer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided on the ticket and to comply with any requirements relating to behavior, health and safety at the event venue. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use prize on day of event.

32.   Hotel prize is subject to availability. The hotel reservation will be booked for a Standard Room, for room, tax and resort fees only. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All other charges and fees incurred shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner must provide valid credit card for hotel incidentals.

33.   The one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) airfare credit is valid for prize package dates only. All charges and fees relating to travel that exceed the credit amount shall be the sole responsibility of winner.

34.   The ground transportation is valid for event dates only, and valid to and from winner’s lodging location to event venue.

35.   The Reward Credit prize, if included or selected as an alternate prize, will be added to winner’s main Caesars Rewards account within fourteen (14) business days of confirming prize.

36.   All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated in the prize package descriptions above, including but not limited to, transportation, incidentals, and personal charges at lodging, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion or forfeit the prize.

37.   Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses resulting from flight cancellations or delays. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.

38.   Gaming vouchers for table game bets are redeemable on any even money bets only. Vouchers may not be used to offset bets. Vouchers cannot be used in the Race and Sports Book or in the poker room. Vouchers can be played until the Participant loses.

39.   Gaming vouchers have no cash value and are valid for one wager only regardless of outcome. In the game of blackjack, if a Participant has a Direct Bet coupon available, a second gaming voucher may be used in order to double down or to split cards. This is the only instance in which two gaming vouchers would be permitted to be used on the same betting spot.

40.   Gaming vouchers must be used by the expiration date listed on the coupon. Valid only at specified table games at Casino as indicated on the face of the coupon. Wager may exceed the stated value of the coupon.

41.   Casino is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers.

46.   No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed in any category than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes remaining in that category at the time the excess claims are made will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Participants submitting valid claims for such prizes.  Inclusion in such drawing is the sole remedy for any affected Participant(s). 

47.   Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being awarded.  For any prize with an approximate retail value of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater, Sponsor will, when required by law, furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for such value.  Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, local or other tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

50.   Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the prizes awarded.  The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.

51.   For a copy of these Official Rules or the name(s) of the winner(s) (available after Monday, February 14, 2023), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than Monday, March 14, 2023 to Caesars Entertainment, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S. Las Vegas NV 89109, Attn: Peyton and Eli’s Super Bowl Giveaway from Caesars Rewards.

52.   ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES: 

a.      Scope of Disputes & Remedies. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each Participant agrees that: (1) Participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually by arbitration per Rule 64.b. below unless expressly excluded, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. For New Jersey residents, nothing herein bars recovery of attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages if mandated by statute.

b.      Agreement to Arbitrate. Participants and Sponsor agree that all claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion (including the formation, performance and breach of the terms under these Official Rules), shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Official Rules is void or voidable. The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity. The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and provide a statement of the essential findings and conclusions, shall be binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

c.      Arbitration Procedure. The JAMS rules governing the arbitration may be accessed at https://www.jamsadr.com/adr-rules-procedures. If you initiate arbitration, to the extent the filing fee for the arbitration exceeds two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($250.00), Sponsor will pay the additional cost. If Sponsor is required to pay the additional cost of the filing fees, you should submit a request for payment of fees to JAMS along with your form for initiating the arbitration, and Sponsor will make arrangements to pay all necessary additional fees directly to JAMS. Sponsor will also be responsible for paying all other arbitration costs arising in connection with the arbitration, other than costs incurred by you for legal counsel, travel and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses not constituting fees or amounts payable to JAMS. You will not be required to pay fees and costs incurred by Sponsor if you do not prevail in arbitration. The parties understand that, absent this mandatory provision, they would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial. They further understand that, in some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court.

d.      Class Action Waiver. You and Sponsor each further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you and Sponsor each expressly waive your respective right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this paragraph is void or unenforceable for any reason or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.

e.      Exceptions to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the parties’ agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction; also, you have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth above by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of your enrollment in the Promotion, otherwise you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms of this Rule. If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, Sponsor also will not be bound by them.

53.   In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Manager, file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.

54.   Participating Properties are subject to change at any time. A property listed below shall cease to be a Participating Property if it is no longer owned, controlled or managed by a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. or its successor.  You can request a current list of all Participating Properties at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first.

55.   Sponsor has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Sponsor cannot guarantee that Participants will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting a Caesars-affiliated property could increase Participants’ risk of contracting COVID-19. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that Participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

1.     The Earn for Next Year Offer (the “Offer”) is open to all Caesars Rewards members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Offer Period. Offer is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.caesars.com/rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2.     The (“Offer Period”) is 12:00:00 a.m. PT on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 through 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, December 31, 2023.

6.     To enter the Offer, Participants must first register through one (1) of three (3) ways outlined below. Participants will only need to register one (1) time.

                                          i.    The App is available for download on smart phones and mobile devices on Google Play and the iTunes App store. The App is free but subject to the listed terms and conditions described within the App. Use of the App requires a web-enabled device and therefore data rates may apply.

7.     Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Offer. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Offer.

8.     After registering for the Offer, Participants will be able to earn Tier Credits towards their Caesars Rewards 2024 Tier status at Participating Properties. See Rule 30 for list of Participating Properties.

9.     Participants will receive one hundred (100) Tier Credits towards their 2024 Caesars Rewards Tier Score® for every five hundred (500) Tier Credits earned during the Offer Period.

10.  Maximum bonus per Participant Caesars Rewards account is twenty thousand (20,000) Tier Credits.

11.  The Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Offer will be added to Participant’s Caesars Rewards account no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

12.  Participants will have their Tier Credits tracked for this Offer using ratings from their Caesars Rewards card.

13.  All credits received by Participant through this Offer will be Tier Credits only.

21.  It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.

22.  Offer is non-transferrable.

23.  By accepting the Offer, Participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.

24.  Caesars and Casino are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Offer, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.

25.  Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes, or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Offer as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.

26.  All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Offer term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Offer, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.

NO PURCHASE OR PLAY NECESSARY TO ENTER. Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Time (“PT”). As used herein, “Sponsor” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109. “Promotion Entities” means Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies. The “Caesars Rewards mobile app: Goodbye 2024 Tier Credit Sweepstakes” shall be referred to as “Promotion” throughout these Official Rules. Promotion is sponsored by Sponsor.

General Rules:

1.     To be eligible to enter this Promotion, participants (“Participants”) must be:

a.     A Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/total-rewards, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app);

b.     A resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec); and

c.     At least 21 years of age (19 years of age for Canadian residents).

8.     All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Sponsor whose decisions are final.

9.     Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded. 10.  Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

11.  Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

12.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

13.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 

14.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

15.  Prizes and entries are non-transferable.

16.  Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

17.  Entries shall become the property of Sponsor, where applicable, and will not be returned.

18.  Need not be present to win.

19.  A copy of these Official Rules and any changes will be available on the Caesars Rewards page (https://caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/terms-and-conditions/2023-app-officialrules)  the duration of this Promotion.

20.  The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

a.     Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;

b.     Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;

c.     The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d.     Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e.     Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request.

21.  By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.

22.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable.  In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

23.  Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

24.  Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/.

Registration:

25.  Preliminary Requirements. To enter the Promotion, Participants must first register through one (1) of two (2) ways, outlined below. Participants will only need to register one (1) time.

a.       Registration through the Caesars Rewards mobile app. Eligible Participants who (a) have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile app (“App”) and (b) have logged in to the App with their Caesars Rewards account will be sent daily Offers (“Offers”) via the App to accept entry into this Promotion.

                             i.     The App is available for download on smart phones and mobile devices on Google Play and the iTunes App store. Apple is not a sponsor nor is it affiliated with this Promotion. b.     Online Registration. Eligible Participants may also go online to www.caesars.com/mobilepromos to register by completing the fields in the online form.  

Entry:

26.  Once registered, Participants can receive drawing entries (“Drawing Entries”) by one (1) of the methods outlined below: 

a.     Drawing Entries through the App. Participants will be sent a daily Offer via the App. Participant must click “Accept Offer” to receive one (1) Drawing Entry for that day.

b.     Drawing Entries through Online Form. Participants can enter online by visiting www.caesars.com/mobilepromos, and completing the required fields to receive one (1) Drawing Entry each day. 

27.  Additionally, Participants may also receive an additional twenty-four (24) bonus Drawing Entries by accepting the bonus Drawing Entry offer (“Bonus Offer”) on Sunday, December 24, 2023.

28.  The maximum number of Drawing Entries a Participant can receive is fifty-five (55), regardless of entry method.

29.  All Drawing Entries are electronic.

30.  Additionally, Participants who have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile app as a new user and have registered for this Promotion through a daily Offer will receive a one (1) time one hundred (100) Tier Credit Bonus.

31.  Bonus Tier Credits for the new mobile app downloads will be applied to Participants account no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

32.  Entrants are not permitted to have multiple Caesars Rewards accounts. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Caesars Rewards accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's Drawing Entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

33.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

34.  No late entries will be accepted.

Winner Selection and Prize:

35.  Potential winning Drawing Entries will be selected by a random selection process (through reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible Drawing Entries.

36.  On or about Wednesday, January 10, 2024, Sponsor will conduct the Drawing where twenty-four (24) winners will be selected to win two thousand twenty-four (2,024) Tier Credits each.

37.  Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

38.  Tier Credits will be posted to Participant’s account on or about Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

39.  All Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be applied towards Participant’s 2024 Tier Status.

40.  Only the Participant who submitted the winning entry will receive the prize. In case of a dispute over the identity of the individual who made a winning entry, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may deem that an entry was made by the authorized account holder of the primary email address associated with the email account used to enter. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to the email account by the company or organization responsible for assigning such accounts.

41.  Potential winner will be contacted via email, telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor. Invalid or incorrect contact Caesars Rewards account information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) will result in prize forfeiture. 

42.  Potential winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Notice to potential winner may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address. Failure to reply or provide requested information within 48 hours will result in prize forfeiture.

43.  Potential winners who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final.  Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.

44.  Promotion winnings may be subject to reporting and withholding pursuant to federal IRS regulations, and participants are required to cooperate with Sponsor in completing necessary forms.

45.  Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release.

46.  If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes is awarded will be void.

47.  If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will, time permitting, select a new potential winner. Only one (1) alternate winner will be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

48.  All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

50.  In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Manager, file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.
