Show Policies and Security Protocols

All guests will receive a courteous screening upon entry into The Colosseum that includes:

• Pass through a metal detector
• A search of bags. Bags that are 17.8 cm X 12.7 cm (7" X 5") or smaller are recommended to expedite security procedures. Bags that are 20.3 x 28 (8” x 11”) or smaller are allowed at the discretion of security. All bags are subject to a search. No large bags or backpacks are permitted. No refunds will be issued.
• Bags including medical equipment are permitted but are subject to a search
• Shoes, belts, hair clips, and small jewelry do not have to be removed
• Metal items in pockets will be removed before passing through the metal detector

Please note: Screening of ticket holders is voluntary, however, Caesars Windsor Security Personnel has the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with The Colosseum’s Security Screening Policy and a ticket refund will not be issued.

The following items are not permitted in The Colosseum:

• Weapons of any kind
• Projectiles or laser pointers
• Outside food or beverages, including alcohol
• Large containers

Caesars Windsor reserves the right to expand or modify the items prohibited at any time to align with industry best practices.

The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor is committed to providing a safe environment to our patrons. Any verbal or physical harassment, heckling or other abusive behaviour towards other patrons or Caesars Windsor staff members will not be tolerated. At the discretion of Caesars management, the responsible party may be ejected from the venue, without refund, as well as possibly being trespassed from the Caesars Windsor property.

There is no re-entry to The Colosseum once you have left.

There are no audio or video recording devices, tablets, professional or consumer cameras of any kind allowed in The Colosseum. Photos may be permitted on cellphones at the Artist’s discretion, no flash permitted.

Failure to comply will result in your removal without refund from The Colosseum.

Caesars Windsor cannot guarantee tickets within 60 minutes of the show start time. Tickets that have not been picked up by that time will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every attempt to walk guests into theatre, and find a seat for each guest, however late arriving guests may be in a standing-room-only situation.

There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets. If an event is canceled or rescheduled tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.

At The Colosseum’s control, the show will begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket. If you are not in The Colosseum at the start of the show, you may be held at the door until an appropriate break. This does not apply to unforeseen artist delays.

Anyone who is 12 years of age or younger needs to be accompanied by someone who is 16 years of age or older. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry.

Caesars Windsor is committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. There is zero tolerance for smoking inside The Colosseum.

Caesars Windsor does not allow the use of electronic cigarettes or cannabis anywhere on property, including The Colosseum.

Smoking in The Colosseum will result in immediate ejection from the venue without a refund. Guests caught smoking may be subject to maximum fines as set out in the Smoke-Free Ontario Act.

A designated smoking area is available outside of the McDougall Street entrance. Guests are allowed to exit during the show and re-enter The Colosseum through the lobby level.
