Irakli “BB” Jorjadze - General Manager

Jorjadze came to the United States in the mid-1990s from Georgia. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Park University, Jorjadze spent several years serving in many roles at restaurants such as The Cheesecake Factory, Tomfooleries, Red Star Tavern and Bravo Cucina Italiana. Jorjadze believes excellent, detailed and attentive hospitality is the key to the experience that ’37 Steak guests should expect.
