DaJuan Adams - Executive Chef

Chef DaJuan Adams started cooking at an early age, tinkering around in the kitchen preparing meals for his entire family by age 11.  Upon moving to Kansas City from St. Louis in 2006, Adams spent time in several of Kansas City’s top restaurants including Blue Stem and Justus Drugstore before earning the role as Sous Chef at ’37 Steak.  In 2016, Adams was named Executive Chef of ’37, and has continued to lead the culinary team with great success.  Chef DaJuan is excited to bring his passion for food and creativity to the Harrah's North Kansas City guests.
