About Winning Streaks
Sports fans and foodies alike have a new place to call home with the opening of our newest restaurant "Winning Streaks". We're turning traditional bar fare on it's head, with fun modern twists to your favorite dishes. Breakfast will be served Monday through Thursday, with lunch and dinner offerings seven days a week. Menu highlights will include six different half-pound 100 percent Certified Angus Beef burgers, a variety of sauced chicken wings, build-your-own fire-roasted pizza and the “Peanut Butter and Jelly Biscuit”. With more than 30 HDTVs, including three multi-format TV walls, guests won’t miss a minute of the sporting action, and the private dining room makes it easy to entertain groups up to 30.
Executive Chef - Ryan Detwiler
Chef Ryan Detwiler always knew he belonged in the kitchen. After trying his hand at a variety of other jobs, Detwiler accepted his fate and began his culinary career as a line level cook in the Buffet at Harrah’s North Kansas City in 2003. Over the next 13 years, Detwiler moved around to various positions including the Sous Chef role at The Range Steak House, Fresh Market Buffet, General Manager’s Club and ’37 Steak. Detwiler accepted the position of Room Chef for Winning Streaks in 2016 and eagerly jumped at the chance to put his own spin on classic dishes, while providing exceptional service to his guests.
