Executive Chef - Ryan Detwiler

Chef Ryan Detwiler always knew he belonged in the kitchen. After trying his hand at a variety of other jobs, Detwiler accepted his fate and began his culinary career as a line level cook in the Buffet at Harrah’s North Kansas City in 2003. Over the next 13 years, Detwiler moved around to various positions including the Sous Chef role at The Range Steak House, Fresh Market Buffet, General Manager’s Club and ’37 Steak. Detwiler accepted the position of Room Chef for Winning Streaks in 2016 and eagerly jumped at the chance to put his own spin on classic dishes, while providing exceptional service to his guests.
