From Oysters Rockefeller and Shrimp Cocktail to Prime Rib, Duck à l’Orange, and Chicken Marsala, each selection pays homage to the classic fare that helped define an era of lavish dining, honoring six decades of legendary hospitality on the Las Vegas Strip.
