Rosanne Lui starting singing at the age of 7 in 1971 in Hong Kong. Throughout the years, she has sang in Hong Kong, as well as overseas with famous singers, such as Anita Mui. In the Mid 80’s, Lui started her career as a mainstream singer, from a club singer, singing her first record contract during that time.In 1980, she released her first record, but also continued performing in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mainland China, Canada, and the United Stated beginning in that period, making her a powerhouse in stage performing singers at that time.In 2000, Lui signed on as a contracted television actress for TVB, Hong Kong’s premiere TV station. In 2002, Lui further resigned a recording contract with her current record company, World Star Music, releasing new singles and performing in a series of new concerts. In 2010, she performed her first concert at Hong Kong Coliseum, which is known to many as any Hong Kong’s singer highest achievement.Lui released three new albums, re-recording hits from the 80s and 90s from 2010 and 2014.Lui’s concert tour in Hong Kong on May 6 & 7, 2014 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium, was filmed and sold as a Live DVD and Bluray product, which achieved Top Live Recording Product Sales Award for IFPI Hong Kong in 2014. In 2015, she performed a new tour with a orchestra in Hong Kong, and embarked on a new concert tour in 2017 with 12 different stops.
