I arrived for a conference, and the hotel was not charged to my organization but to my card. I tried to Work with front desk to fix the issue. My finance department contacted the hotel to resolve the issue and were assured that it was resolved, it was just a missing document. Upon check out, the hotel refused to check out on the organization card, and when given the names of the managers that worked with my staff I was informed they don’t “work there”. The desk staff was not apologetic and close to rude about the situation. The room itself was pathetic. The wallpaper in the hallway was held up by electrical tape. The furniture in the room was battered, and the corners showed wear and tear. The window faced a cement wall. The pillow top on the bed felt like needles. The roof leaked in the casino, and over Giada Pronto. The next day they were serving food out of areas impacted by the leak. Overall, I was wholly unimpressed. The Caesar’s name did not reflect the type of experience I had. I am returning to Vegas next year for 10th anniversary, and had hoped this experience would help determine the hotel. I would not spend my money here.

The IT department needs to be a guest to understand what I am saying... perhaps then they will understand how difficult it is at Caesars LV. The good: An advanced personal welcome and invite to pre-check-in on-line and show your QR Code to skip the line. Unfortunately, when I arrived my room wasn't available and the kiosk invited me to spend $30 to be put on a list for early check-in (any time prior to 4pm). As it was 11:30am, I didn't expect my room to be ready... however, I did expect that my room would be ready prior to other people who did not pay to check in early. NOT SO. By 5pm, I went to the desk and asked if there was any progress on my room - to which the answer was - no and that I should expect an email as soon as it was. I needed to head to my conference dinner and was not able to change or freshen up. At 5:45pm I got an email saying that my keys were ready and I could finish the check-in process. As I was at dinner still, it wasn't until 8:30pm when I could get back to the casino. I went to the desk and was told that the computer had assigned me a specific room instead of a room in my category and that room wasn't ready until 5:30pm. I said I spoke to several of my fellow attendees who DIDN'T pay to check in early and they got their room within an hour of arriving - well before 4pm and in most cases closer to 1pm. I said that I didn't want to pay the upgrade and

I stay a Caesars about once a month. I usually get incredible service. This trip it started by me reserved room was given away. To be fair they don't guarantee you the room requested. The bigger deal was the checked me into another room and when we walked in there where other people in the room already. Can you say awkward. I had to go back down to the desk and they did give us another room. I requested over three days to have management contact me about a dozen times. I even called. I received on call from a block number, which I didn't answer since it said unknown but that was it. Very disappointed on how everything was handled. I am a seven stars player. Usually everything is great. Not sure what happened this trip.

I stay a Caesars about once a month. I usually get incredible service. This trip it started by me reserved room was given away. To be fair they don't guarantee you the room requested.
