i stayed for 5 Nights in Caesars with 4 Delegates and It was not the best experience. Wifi was bad and we were paying 32.88 for Resort fee for usage of wifi for 2 devices and gym, pool etc. No complimentary breakfast, no response when I emailed their Concierge in advance for Airport Transfer. And Their Frontdesk Officer Favian was really rude. I was settling the payment for 4 rooms and he called all the delegates out saying that we shouldn’t be all up at his desk even when we were checking in jointly for the Congress. No toiletries would be provided unless you ask them and no complimentary water. Belldesk Almost Lost 3 luggages and took almost 1 1/2 hour to bring up the “lost luggages”. The Lady in the belldesk line refused to give her name and was rude. Not worth the money. Only upside is the location and the facade of the Hotel but their Service is the worst. Only bellhop that was Good to us was Adis.

I stayed in the Forum Tower. Overall, Caesar's is conveniently located on the Strip and has lots to offer on its own; however, some of the room furniture was dated and damaged, and the new privacy policy may not jive with all travelers.I'll start with the cons...Cons:- The room furniture and fixtures were pretty worn and/or dated. My couch was duct taped across the seat, one of the throw pillows was torn and frayed across the seam, and the shower sealant was chipped away.- The water never warmed up enough for a comfortable shower.- "Do Not Disturb" or "Privacy" requests are ignored under their new-ish policy, which states essentially that staff can and will enter your room to perform "room checks" even if you opt out of housekeeping services or post a "Privacy" sign.Onto the pros...Pros:- Caesar's Palace is very expansive. So under the same roof, you can access restaurants, bars, shopping, and the casino. (This could be a con for some. It is definitely easy to get turned around and lost inside.)- It's also conveniently located on the Strip if you want to check out the Bellagio Fountains, Paris (the Eiffel Tower), etc.- The front desk staff was generally friendly.Misc./Neutral/Tips:- They offer early check-in (before 4 PM) for a fee.- Don't expect any "extras" like slippers, a bathrobe, or even a bathtub(!)- Double-check your final bill. I had mini-bar charges added to my bill in error (reception removed the charges when I explained the error).
Totally Disappointed in Caesar’s Palace

Even though we were told by the reservations clerk we could check in early for $30, I was told upon arrival it was not an option. 6 1/2 hrs later I finally got a room key. The amount of dust and debris behind the night stand and the chair was disturbing. I would not recommend Caesar’s Palace; there are plenty of other hotels in Las Vegas.

* Average hotel. Very large properly so be prepared to do a lot of walking. Stayed in the Palace Tower, clean room, large marble bathroom. * Tub was hard to get in and out of due to the extra wide ledge. Felt like I was going to fall to either side getting in and out so only used it the one time. * Used shower after that. Shower head too close to wall with little room for adjustment. Good for a short person, or a child, but not for tall person. * View from room was a parking deck across the street. Dead decaying bird on ledge.* The bed was very comfy so was able to get a good nights sleep. Very quiet rooms and we could not hear the people next door * Wifi didn't work properly. I contacted front desk via phone and was told someone would be up to fix it and that if we weren't in our room, they'd leave us a note to let us know it was fixed or not. Came back to room in the evening, no note, nothing. Tried wifi again, still wasn't working. At that point we gave up because it was an "unsecured" network anyways. The charge for the wifi was removed in the form of $30.00, which was the early check-in fee paid due to early arrival. * Ordered room service one late afternoon. Was very good food, but they charged $10.00 on top of food charge, as well as an additional built-in gratuity fee. I hadn't noticed the gratuity right away and so ended up giving the person who brought my food an additional tip. Oh well, at least they were very polite and set everything up for me before leaving the room. * Housekeeping did a nice job making the beds, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom and tidying up the room each day. Kudos to them. They work hard everyday to make everything look so great in the room.* Shopped at some of the decently priced stores near and around the Palace Tower. Was fun to roam around the Forum shops too.* Ate at the 24 hour Americana Restaurant. Had coffee and dessert. Was delicious but expensive but them most restaurants in hotels are... Service was slow. Looked as though there were only a couple of servers working in such a large restaurant. The only time we saw our server was when he came by to take our order, drop off the desserts and coffees and then returned with the bill. Never asked us how anything was. Had to flag another server down to get a coffee refill. Not impressed.* It's still a good hotel to stay at, just costly.
