Las Vegas has become one of the world’s most popular dining destinations, with thousands of restaurants across the valley. But the spotlit center of the city’s food scene is the Strip, serving everything from fine dining to fast casual. And, of course, there are dozens of celebrity chef eateries from Giada to Gordon to Guy.
Travelers who plan on making dining a major part of their Vegas visit can think about their stay as headquarters for a food festival. Choose a hotel that has a few of the places you’d like to dine, but also know that countless other options are just a short stroll away. If you’re staying at The Vanderpump Hotel, all of the restaurants at Caesars Palace are just across the street. At the Horseshoe? You can be seated at your table at Paris Las Vegas within minutes.
The resort that holds the most cards for fine dining in Las Vegas is Caesars Palace. A highlight is an outpost of Brooklyn’s legendary Peter Luger Steakhouse, serving up one of the best prime cuts in Vegas, as well as an excellent lunchtime burger. Another NYC import is Stanton Social Italian, a theatrical setting for wagyu beef and Mediterranean classics.
Caesars also features restaurants by three Michelin-starred chefs. Restaurant Guy Savoy creates lavish, multicourse menus combining seasonal flavors with French elegance. Rick Bayless’ Tortazo brings the multilayered flavors of Mexico City to Sin City, while Dominique Ansel‘s delectable pastries are perfect to pick up for breakfast on your way out or a late-night snack on your way back. Nobu Matsuhisa’s Nobu features a Vegas-exclusive lounge for small plates and cocktails, as well as the only Nobu teppanyaki table in the U.S. If you’re a superfan, you can even stay at the Nobu Hotel.
Those are far from the only big names. Bobby Flay has two restaurants within Caesars: the French-inspired Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse and southern Italian Amalfi. Gordon Ramsay also lends his name to two dining experiences at Caesars. Hell’s Kitchen features views of the Strip and a double-sided open kitchen. His Pub and Grill displays English charm amid a menu of hearty delights.
If you want to dip into the celebrity chef game without laying down so many chips, try Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy!, Esther Choi's MokBar or Buddy Valastro's Buddy V’s Pizzeria. For those who want it all, Caesars’ iconic Bacchanal Buffet has nine kitchens serving hundreds of dishes from around the globe for brunch, lunch and dinner.
Right across the Strip, Paris Las Vegas features a curated collection of sophisticated restaurants that are especially suited for a celebratory brunch or special dinner. There are two standout dining rooms with fountain views: Mon Ami Gabi gives French flair to family breakfast, business lunch or pre-show dinner, while the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is one of Las Vegas’ most romantic dining experiences. Gordon Ramsay Steak serves Japanese and American wagyu, as well as Chateaubriand and Ramsay’s signature Wellington. There is also an intimate Nobu restaurant that offers sushi-making classes.
Also at the Paris, The Bedford by Martha Stewart is the lifestyle queen’s only restaurant, with decor based on her upstate New York home and a menu of specialties such as roast chicken and Martha’s mama’s pierogies. Another famous femme lends her flair to Vanderpump à Paris, representing the reality TV empire with unique dishes, whimsical cocktails and extravagant design. To complete the dining with divas triumvirate, stroll across Flamingo Road to The Vanderpump Hotel and Giada De Laurentiis’ namesake restaurant. At Giada, diners can savor Strip views alongside Italian dishes equally inspired by comfort food and California cuisine.
If you’re seeking casual dining in Las Vegas that will still give a thrill to your palate, The LINQ has a lineup that runs all day. One of the most popular spots for breakfast is Hash House A Go Go, where giant pancakes and fried chicken Benedict are served on hubcap-sized plates. Fuel up at midday with happy hour bites and drinks at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar. Close out your evening at the lively disco-themed Diner Ross Steakhouse, which features special prix fixe and late-night menus of steaks and salads alongside creatively composed cocktails.
Along with an observation wheel and zipline, The LINQ Promenade also has a set of family-friendly restaurants from classic comfort food to fusion dishes. Virgil’s Real BBQ specializes in slow-cooked meats: links, ribs, brisket and sausage, sometimes all on the same plate. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips serves the British classic alongside shrimp, chicken and sticky toffee milkshakes. Cult favorite In-N-Out Burger has an outpost flipping their famous burgers (get it “animal style”) or, for those who prefer something more adventurous, Jaburritos rolls up sushi burritos and bowls inspired by flavors from Rockport to Waikiki. Close with a dessert pastry from Sweet Sin, a sundae from Ghirardelli or a scintillating scoop of ice cream from Salt & Straw (with a second location at Paris).
When it comes to where to eat on the Las Vegas Strip, the only limit is your appetite. Whether you seek a family-friendly brunch or decadent late-night snack, it’s all a few steps from your hotel room.
Caramella at Planet Hollywood offers an all-you-can-eat (and optional all-you-can-drink) brunch of Italian delights on Saturdays and Sundays. Located outside the Horseshoe, Bottled Blonde has a weekend rooftop brunch with bottle service and live DJs. Alexxa’s at Paris offers brunch with bottomless mimosas and patio views seven days a week.
For fine dining restaurants, always make a reservation. Most Caesars and Caesars property restaurants are available for reservations on Open Table, making it super easy to land and manage your dining experience. Reservations may not be necessary at more casual restaurants, but also be aware that prime weekend hours can get busy, as can big convention weekdays.
Almost all restaurants offer the option for diners to order ahead and pick up. Guests at Caesars Palace, Paris, Horseshoe, Flamingo, The LINQ, Planet Hollywood, The Vanderpump and Harrah’s can also order delivery through the Caesars Eats app.
